I received excellent customer service after I'd had an issue with a product that had shrunk in the wash.

I raised an issue with the team and got a response immediately from AI then almost as quick from Emily and then Krystal. They sound like actors names from a Billy Bob Thornton series on Paramount +…except they were better than that. Fast, pleasant, pleasing and just great and couldn’t do enough for me. Issue was resolved really fast. I had been considering buying a pair of gloves from them but now I’m not sure…I’m certain! and the order will go in today.
To be honest I wish I could work for the company just so I could go to the Christmas Party. Thanks again folks, great service

I ordered these gloves to make winter cycling more bearable, and they have not disappointed. They make riding on even the coldest UK winter days (-3) doable for extended rides.

Less than a month after buying them, the Velcro fastener on one glove came off, along with much of the seam that held the wrist section together. This was a pity as I was otherwise delighted with the gloves' performance. I told SEALSKINZ, and they replaced it without a quibble - AND my replacement arrived just two days after I reported it to them. A great product and absolutely first-class customer service - my thanks to Krystal, Emily and Louise for their help. I recommend these gloves!

I lost a glove recently purchased whilst out shooting and contacted Sealskinz customer service to ask if it was possible to get a replacement glove. All of the people I spoke to were very understanding, kind and helpful,but could not supply a single glove. However they generously offered a 30% discount on a replacement pair of gloves with free delivery which I gratefully accepted and ordered. After weeks of researching reviews, materials, and the 2-year warranty, I decided to try Sealskinz based on the reputation and price. While I’m not necessarily questioning durability, my main issue is warmth.
I bought these expecting a premium sock suitable for around 0°C, but I still ended up with cold feet. For me, a standard merino wool sock has performed better for warmth and comfort, which makes the £35 price hard to justify.
I really wanted these to be a long-term “buy once, buy well” purchase, but I feel disappointed and frustrated with the performance. I wouldn’t recommend these to new buyers looking for warmth in cold conditions—especially when cheaper merino alternatives have worked better.

I ordered some gloves for my dad at Christmas but they were too small, I contacted Sealskinz and the communication and helpfulness of your customer service was second to none! I was sent a return label and a new pair of bigger sized gloves were sent out when they had received the others. Thank you and continue the amazing service.
