Glove problem solved
I had a problem with a pair of gloves where the fastenings were faulty, and failed outside the warranty period. The guidance on the website seemed to suggest that a claim was not possible. However a positive response from Sophie was helpful, and after sending photos, it was declared a manufacturing fault. I was offered a refund or a new pair. Excellent customer friendly solution. Third pair from a professional outfit.

The adventure of upgrading a pair of gloves
So I needed an upgraded pair of gloves, as I'm a postie, and my current gloves weren't compatible with the PDAs. I don't mind spending a bit more for quality so went for the Harling gloves. Initially they didn't fit great, probably due to my child like hands. I reviewed them, a bit negatively, however Sealskinz replied within about 20 minutes of the review and offered some glove liners as a goodwill gesture. Obviously I accepted and in less than 24 hours I had said liners and they worked as anticipated. Absolutely amazing company of which I will continue to purchase from.

Fantastic quality of products.
I am very pleased with the products that I have bought so far from Sealskinz. This time is was 2 pairs of socks a cap and a pair of slippers. All very comfortable, great quality with some lovely fine details, but the main thing is that they function as they are meant to.
Both online and the London store give a fantastic service.

Great customer service
I bought a pair of socks but one leaked. Sealskinz were very good at replacing them straight away. They are very comfortable socks compared to other waterproof ones I've tried.

Trust restored, satisfaction all round

Great gloves, great value for money, prompt delivery, friendly company
I ordered Drayton gloves after which a query to the customer service team was dealt with in a quick and friendly manner. The gloves have arrived promptly and are great quality, light and warm and I think are great value for money.

Warm cozy but loses shape
The hat seems well made. I heard stitches tear inside mine and it went a funny shape. I returned it for a replacement.
I gave them a 5 star review before but since noticed the hatbgoes a funny shape. The separate layers in.the hat roll.upwards making a cone with a dip in it. So you constantly have to pull it into shape.

After your hat was returned for inspection, we did warn that as no fault was found, any new replacement would appear the same as the original. This is why we had offered a refund or store credit voucher instead. You refused and requested a replacement so we complied.
We can confirm your hat was sent to us in Kings Lynn for inspection. The replacement that was sent to you was from our fulfilment centre in Milton Keynes. The tracking will support this. Thus, we are certain you received a new replacement hat.
Management has noted your disappointment with the hat and refunded you in full, including any delivery fee. You are welcome to keep, donate, or gift the hat as you wish.
