Very happy with the service we received from Lucy. She let us look round the store at our own pace and answered all our questions. Our first visit was just to see what they
had and when we came back two days later to purchase we received the same great service from her. It was lovely not to have someone hovering around us all the time not like some of the other stores we visited

I visited the SCS store in Watford. The sales assistant Lucy gave us a summery of the stock and left me to look around. When I had made my choice Lucy made the purchasing process very easy. I would certainly shop there again.

Delivery of furniture delayed for the fourth time,bought settee January,now being told it might arrive at their depot April 7th ,this company is the worst people I have ever dealt with,how they are still in business baffles me.I’d advise anyone against dealing with these people,you can never get in contact with them,if I went to JOHN LEWIS and ordered something it would be delivered within a week.

We came into the store about 3 times looking for the perfect sofa and thanks you John and the team we managed to find the perfect fit for our home. Honestly the staff there are so nice and offer great advice it was a warm welcome everytime.

SCS sofa bed: superb quality. Delivered on time on specified date. Delivery Team (Steve/Nev) were very efficient, friendly, professional and took great care with the delivery. Very impressed with the SCS team at Watford and the same for the delivery team. Based on our experience they are highly recommended.

Our sofa was delivered on time and assembled by two efficient and capable operatives. All electrical parts were checked and sofa positioned to our liking before they left. The area was left clean and tidy with all packaging taken away.
