just cannot understand why full price on the recliner/swivel chairs was charged just because I have ordered a different colour to the one shown in shop ( priced £879 ) and I have been charged £929 for both chairs. I ordered them in the colour to match the sofa

Great delivery service. Was kept updated frequently on the delivery date, given a 5 hour timeslot a few days before, then a more accurate 1 hour timeslot on the morning of delivery. The tracker was useful to see how far away the delivery was and the driver called an hour before to let me know how long they'd be roughly and how many deliveries they had before our stop. The 2 delivery guys were excellent - they took before and after photos to ensure there was no damage, and even asked if I'd like to cover the carpet to prevent any dirt - though mine will be cleaned shortly anyway so I didn't mind. The guys delivered and built the sofas quickly and perfectly and placed them exactly where I mentioned. Much better than previous sofa deliveries I've had from other companies!

everything was done very efficiently from sales to delivery. kept informed of delivery times and drivers were courteous and professional. for this i gave the 5*.
only downside was that we found one of control buttons for the headrest did not work and the process to get help is somewhat irritating to say the least. to have to take and upload 6 photos for a control switch and wait upto 3 days for a response is unbelievable. what happened to speaking to someone directly to organise an engineer, which is simpler and less time consuming.
its true what they say "it's how a company responds to a problem that determines how good they are".

My initial contact with the delivery team wasn't good as the man that rang me [ i presume the passenger] told me expected delivery time would be in 2 hours and at the height of school home time which I was concerned they wouldnt get down the road his attitude was if we cant get we can't deliver however they did deliver right in middle of school time which meant they had to park up the road they had a real struggle to get it into the house but they stuck with it so we'll done guys thank you goes show first impressions aren't always right

The staff at the local store are great, very knowledgable and helpful, however, after that its all downhill. The delivery service is terrible, they arranged delivery for my 79 yr old mum on Mon, after getting old furniture removed the delivery never happened. We tried to do the online tracking which was out of service. We called the delivery line several times, no one ever answers the phone, it says press 1 and they will call you back, what a joke. I stayed on the line for an hour and a half, no answer, absolute joke. Unfortunatley the store was closed for training for 2 days but once opened they advised they weren't sure why delivery was arranged as only 1 part of the order was ready!! So now delivery is back to Jan as we were advised initially.

Kept up to date with estimated delivery time from early this morning so I knew exactly where the crew were. I received a phone call 30mins before they were due and they arrived on time. Friendly team unpacked and set up my sofas. Great experience

Sofa eventually arrived yesterday after 3 previous missed delivery dates. Delivery team incredibly unhelpful and rude, and had to be encouraged numerous times to try and get the sofa into the house. Once they did, it went in fine first time despite them insisting that the windows needed removing-they didn’t. Upon inspection of the sofa after it had been delivered, I have noticed there are numerous faults: damaged feet with a sizeable chip in one that has clearly been glued back on, glue residue visible between the headrests, loose stitching with threads visible, loose, wrinkled and poorly tensioned seat cushions and one of the seat sections creaks excessively when sitting down and standing up. Totally unacceptable quality for a brand new sofa. Online complaint form filled out with pictures and videos and email to store detailing issues sent-now awaiting response. Appalling customer service and dreadful product quality. Avoid

Order was not delivered in full we ordered 1
3 seater sofa and 1 armchair in August only the 3 seater sofa was delivered in November. NO chair rang customer service was told that the chair will be delivered in December NO MENTION OF THIS IN THERE EMAIL REGARDING THIS DELIVERY

The experience from beginning to end has been excellent. The sales person in store started with his attention and knowledge. We have been kept informed throughout and the delivery was a week before expected. The delivery men were really friendly and polite . Really happy with the sofas .

Buying our new sofa was brilliant, the sales man (ade) Stoke branch was nothing short of amazing, the delivery was another story. How the sofas were handled was shocking, thrown around, one piece being stood on to attach it to the other.
Another piece of sofa was left in the road.
Rushing the job and taking no care to ensure a smooth transition into my home.
And they also chipped my doorframe!

Absolutely fantastic the furniture was unpacked both men were brilliant couldn't be happier thank you scs

For all you who have suffered within the hands of SCS there is light at the end of the tunnel.

After 5 months of diabolical customer service i finally got a full refund of £5.5k.

This was after a visit to the CAB who were absolutely fantastic beyond belief.

Please dont let the bastards grind you down as there is light at the end of the tunnel.
