The experience in the showroom went quite smoothly it was the delivery end that stank along with damage to the 2 seat covers.
I received an e-mail the day before delivery stating that the product would arrive between 08.00 and 08.30, well it eventually arrived much closer to midday with no explanation or apology,
Watching the so called delivery guys virtually push my sofa of the back of the truck did not leave with any good feelings.
The guys dumped the 2 sofa's and quickly scarpered leaving me to unpack all the wrapping and assemble myself.
I suppose they helped a little as the protective wrapping was wripped exposing one corner of the sofa.
Removing all the wrapping exposed damage to 2 seat cushions as they both had abrasions running across both them.
I am awaiting contact from the company via email as it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone that includes the sales team in the shop who said they could not help

SCS had got a huge range of different sofas to choose from, and on their website you could mock up your chosen suite with the material that you selected to see how it would look.
When it was delivered the information sent to us was excellent, keeping us well informed along the process.
The two delivery lads were very professional and extremely efficient.
We also opted for the 0% finance payment which in our opinion was a no brainer as its 36 small payments that we'll hardly miss, with no interest to pay, why wouldn't you.

While we looking we were asked on a couple of occasions if we required further help which we did and we managed to find exactly what we were looking for, in the colour and fabric that we wanted at a reasonable price. THE STORE WAS WELL LAID OUT WITH PLENTY OF ROOM TO WALK AROUND THE FURNITURE AND INSPECT SAME. A MEMBER OF STAFF GREETED US ON ARRIVAL ON BOTH OCCASIONS WE VISITED, HOWEVER ON THE 1ST OCCASION WE DID FEEL A BIT PRESSURISED, BEING FOLLOWED AROUND THE STORE WITH SUGGESTIONS…WE ALREADY KNEW WHAT WE WANTED BUT OUR CHOSEN SOFA WASN'T AVAILABLE IN STORE. WE WENT BACK A SECOND TIME HAD A BETTER VISIT AND ORDERED WHAT WE WANTED. I BELIEVE WE VISITED IN FEBRUARY BUT CANNOT BE CERTAIN OF THE DATE

Ade was absolutely amazing when we went to the Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent store. We were not pressured into anything. He took his time to show us lots of different fabrics. Overall, it was an excellent experience and will definitely visit again. We can't wait for our purchase to arrive.

The sales person Carl was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We have been back with carpet samples and all the other sales people were very helpful. The quality of products is second to none.

All the staff, including Ade the Manager, were excellent. Visited 5 times to narrow down the vast choice, and to measure, then place an order. Hope you enjoyed the cakes!! Just now looking for the delivery date. Well impressed with the showroom and staff.
