Daniel and Marc were fantastic. Called to advise eta and were quick, efficient and very friendly whilst installing the furniture.
Tracking app was very good too.
Not forgetting the team in the showroom, their advice and patience was gratefully received. We did take quite a long time in store to make our choices, but this didn’t appear to be a problem.
There was a few weeks lead time for maunufacture and delivery, which we were advised of, but definitely worth the wait, our new furniture is fantastic.
Would definitely recommend.

Very easy going relaxed atmosphere. Most of furniture is electric recliners and items on displace at low prices are end of line. Delivery price very high due to inflated petrol price that has fallen. The discount given just covers that cost. 3 months wait for manufacture and delivery too.

As soon as we walked in we were met by this super happy friendly bloke called Wayne… Honestly we ended up buying a sofa… He felt more like a family friend rather than a salesman!!
Absolute credit to the company.
A shame it’s so micro managed and everything goes through phone calls rather than the staff having full trusted control over sales etc.
Also the new butchers piney is so hilarious we thought Wayne was a lost butcher… He is not building the furniture so why wear one?
In a nutshell see Wayne if you want a laugh and honesty :)

We had a great visit to SCS Poltronesofa, the Peel Centre, Stockport, on June 26th. We were welcomed by Christine, who looked after us completely and was friendly and most helpful, without being at all 'pushy'. We chose the perfect pair of sofas for our living room and came away completely satisfied with our purchase. The only small cloud on an otherwise perfect visit is that we must wait until September or October before our sofas will be delivered...not a problem for us, but if you were to go into the store thinking you'd only have to wait a couple of weeks, you'd be disappointed; although, it's possible that not all orders would take quite so long to arrive.

Dostałam sofę na którą czekałam trzy miesiące po dostarczeniu panowie którzy składali nie umieli zamontować poduszek kiedy powiedziałam żeby zabrali bo kanapa jest niesprawna zostawili jom i chcieli abym podpisała dokumenty o dostarczeniu niezrobiłam tego byłam w sklepie gdzie dokonałam zakupu i zapewniono mnie że zgłoszono to i czekam na kontakt aby ktoś przyjechał i zamontował zagłòwki. Proszę o załatwienie tej sprawy bo ja nie będę płacić rat za niesprawny mebel albo zabieżcor sofę. Pozdrawiam
