SCS SOUTH SHIELDS - amazing store and staff!
We visited the SCS store in South Shields to purchase furniture we’d found on their website. We had made an online appointment and were met by Danielle.
Danielle was amazing. She went above and beyond to show us the different fabrics, colours and fillings that we could get for our chosen furniture. She was very knowledgable and gave us prices for different options and went through all the finance options too. We honestly could not fault her in any way. She was patient with our questions, and was happy, helpful and courteous throughout our visit. We made a purchase and are now awaiting delivery information.
Thank you SCS for helping us finally get our dream furniture and, especially, thank you Danielle for making our visit perfect. You are an asset to SCS. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store for future purchases and will definitely recommend you to family and friends in future!

From first going into the shop your salesman John came across as very friendly and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all.
When we explained what products we wanted he went out of his way to get us the best package for our needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending John and your store for service and quality.

Excellent stress free delivery today
Sofa delivered today, I was contacted with approx time of delivery yesterday, then received text today, to confirm narrower one hour time slot, plus tracking advice to keep up to date. Paul and Sean were my delivery drivers, very friendly, worked very professionally, bringing the sofa into my living room, removing plastic covering and fitting caps to make sliding easier. All done in about 10 minutes, no stress, no fuss
