We visited the South Shields branch and we purchased a 3 and 2 seater sofas delighted with our purchase Julie who helped us from start to finish was helpful friendly and explained everything we needed to know ,even gave us some bottled water it was a red hot day ,all in all we were highly satisfied with our purchase and the saleswoman thanks Julie

I bought the sofa from ScS South Shields branch. This was a reclining sofa. However, upon delivery, we noticed that the main cable was missing. It has been two months and despite ringing them they have not sent the vital cable to connect the sofa to the mains as without it we can not operate the reclining element of the sofa. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.
