Exceptional delivery guys! Very efficient and polite! In and out of our property within 15 minutes after setting up our two sofas, removing all coverings and rubbish. They actually said it was the easiest delivery they’d had all day, easy access, etc😍 couldn’t fault anything! From viewing sofas to order (August) and delivery (November) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I did have to contact customer services to ask about delivery as not much contact between order and delivery dates but we’re extremely happy with our new sofas! Thank You.

Polite delivery

I received my sofa today. The delivery was very smooth. I was informed by email about my time slot. Delivery team consisting of Taha and his mate was fabulous. They put together my corner sofa tested the recliners. On top of it they went over and above to help me put my old sofa out of the house ready for collection. Both were extremely polite, really efficient and finished the job very quickly. Wonderful service both pre order and post order. Love to shop with SCS.

Terrible experience with SCS in general. Do not trust the salespeople in store. They will say and do anything to get the sale. We still have the wrong sofa, nobody is helping us rectify their mistake.
Sofa is not the one we chose instore and advise anyone to look at the 'SCS furniture and complaint's' Facebook page if you need any more persuading to avoid this company!

Terrible ... i ordered a sofa and paid a deposit... but never got a confirmation of order, although the money was taken

have loads of marketing and sales messages and requests.
Sent a couple of emails to confirm the delivery details and eventually got a text message that it will arrive but have to pay the balance ...
can i get in contact with anyone to pay - NO

3 emails sent
rang the store - and it's shut down / closed / refurbing
been on the website and all point back to the same automated IVR which i get to leave a message and never anyone to come back.

… thanks Brad for your response. But I get the same when I ring on the Farnborough number,… asks me if I have placed an order (press 1) then asks for the first four digits (0101) and then it rings through and asks to leave a message, but never get a reply

Maybe if you can look up the order 219810. Which will have my contact details and some can call me so I can pay you the rest of your money…

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from SCS. My sofa delivery is now more than 10 days late past the scheduled date, and I still haven’t received a proper explanation or update on when I can expect it to arrive.

I’ve called every single day trying to get answers, and each time I’m told that someone will look into it and get back to me. Despite all these promises, I have not received a single call back.

The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating. I’ve been left completely in the dark, with no sofa and no idea when it will arrive. This is unacceptable for a company of your size, and I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.

I want a clear update on my order status, a new confirmed delivery date, and some form of compensation for the delay and inconvenience.

Honestly the worst company I have ever known. We ordered our sofa back in January with a 6 week delivery wait. The guy in the slough store said ‘my manager is being over cautious with 6 weeks it’s normally before that’. We have only just received our sofa and it’s July! 5 months over… They never ever answer the phones, if you request a call back it doesn’t happen. We received a delivery slot a month ago and we then got a text to say it was cancelled and that was it. I also saw some cushions from another sofa in store I liked and the guy in store said he would get them ordered for me, I email a month later to chase up to be told I can’t have them now, oh and not to mentioned he couldn’t even be bothered to write a proper email and I got ‘texting your friend language’ The store and customer service are horrendous.

I bought and paid for a sofa and chair in early February - and was told 6-8 weeks, which seemed reasonable. I finally got the furniture in JULY - and then only after many emails and phone calls and a lot of time spent chasing them. The sofa is good, the delivery guys were great - but I will never buy from ScS again - they were appalling. I would give 0 stars if I could.

After purchasing 3 different sets of sofas from scs over the last 6 years I decided to purchase of them again, little was I to know the owner ship had changed hands. From start to finish I was told 3 difference prices by 3 different people. We purchased our 3 piece sofa set while there was a clearance on there furniture so we got a reduced cost on the product in mention. Please be careful of this as they took full payment up front to then go on to tell us our furniture will still be on show on the shop floor until nearly everything was sold. So with little choice but to agree we booked a delivery date in ( which they told us was covered due to the lack of communication between the 3 sales people and myself ). We waited 9 days after purchasing our sofas for a delivery schedule as of which our sofas were still sitting on shop front for everyone to sit on, to then be told our delivery had been cancelled, by this time I had already disposed of my old sofas ready for my new ones to arrive like promised. I had little choice but to pull my work team of a job and hire a lorry to collect these sofas myself which was neither small or light. After a complaint to a gentleman called Andrew we was told the floor manager had crossed our delivery date out and pencilled in his own sales ( don’t know if this is commission based but it certainly seems this way )

Although the furniture is of decent quality the people selling it have zero customer skills. I have never experienced anything like this while purchasing anything in my life. I feel as if they take your payment to capture you and then make it up as they go along. It really is the blind leading the blind.

my advice would be to collect these sofas yourself or prepare to be let down. I’ve run my own company for 22 years and the bare minimum we would have expected would be the delivery cost refunded to our account but they didn’t even offer this.

Anfaz was amazing, as well as the manager that helped us. So helpful, went above and beyond to suit our needs and provide great service without any pressure to make a decision. Service with a smile and a bargain price. Delivery driver even removing the old sofa for a small fee. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered my sofas in January after visiting the shop the assistant was very helpful. I paid a deposit, I was then contacted as promised a few weeks before delivery and we paid the balance. The delivery man then turned up and did a great job put the sofas in the house. Everything went smoothly and on time I had no problems. The sofas are lovely we are very happy with them .

Avoid this company at all cost. It’s been 5 months since I placed my order and no sign of my sofa. The delivery expected date keeps changing regularly. Store manger unable to help and gave me the number for customer service AND upon calling CS they tell me to speak to store manger! I sent an email 3 weeks ago requesting a refund but no reply. It is now appearing more and more like a scam. Never have I ever come across a more inept and incompetent firm in my life. Hope no else falls victim to this sham company.

Our new furntiure was delivered today as planned. We got advance notice of the delivery slot and were able to track the van's progress online. The two-man team (Pav and Arek) was friendly, careful and efficient, placed the furniture where we wanted it and took all the packaging away.

Absolutely first class, I was kept well informed of the delivery time slot, with updates via text on the day. The delivery guys were fabulous, very friendly and polite, the furniture arrived in perfect condition, and they took all the wrappings and boxes away so no rubbish was left behind, all in all 10/10. Most definitely the best delivery experience !

I went into the Slough store on Saturday, my daughter and I had a look and sat down in a sofa we liked. After a little while a man called Graham came up and asked if we wanted any help. Throughout the whole experience Graham was not a all 'pushy' but exceedingly helpful and very friendly. We ended up buying 2 x 3 seater sofas. I would definitely recommend the store and in particular Graham.

Placed order 19.01.25 Refund 30.04.25 In the store the gentleman was really helpful, took our order...lovely.
Well after that it went downhill.
Customer Service is abysmal, can never get through to talk to someone and then we had to wait at least 3 days for a call back, which sometimes we didn't get.
We were given 3 different delivery dates, and on one occasion our sofas weren't even in the warehouse!
My husband had to go to the store twice to find out what was going on.
So for the mucking around etc all we get offered was £100 refund!!
So this was the last straw and we cancelled our order and got a full refund.
We will NEVER go back there, we wished we had stayed with DFS!!

Everything went smoothly form order to scheduling delivery, plenty of communications keeping us updated at all stages.
Delivery day came and we were first of the day, we got a call (early!!) and they arrived at 6.55am.
The delivery guys were really polite, friendly and respectful, no issues removing footwear due to new carpet, super efficient and couldn’t fault anything! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Placed an order which i then had to ammend. Finance was approved on original order but amended order was for less. The store assured me it would be sorted however my account still shows that I took out the original amount which is £700+ more than my order.
Have contacted customer service by email twice now and no response to either email!!!!

Have sent over the details as requested in the reply from scs but surprise surprise no reply yet again!!!!
