Great service throughout from the store purchase to delivery.
Store staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not a high pressure experience at all.
Kept informed at every stage and my sofa was delivered 2 hours ahead of schedule on the day after the driver ringing me to confirm the new time was OK for me. Very polite installation guys, respectful of my property and efficient. I found the online delivery tracking very useful, it worked really well.
Now enjoying my lovely new sofa.

Quality and delivery.
Delivery: Only one days notice of intended delivery (fortunately we were in that day). Although the delivery team were polite and amiable they were obviously on a very tight schedule. Unloaded and unpacked boxes at top of drive (after literally throwing them down off the van even though I said they could park van on drive) and carried each piece down the drive uncovered. Entered living room in their outside shoes with no attempt to cover them. Care kit not delivered.
Quality: Fabric had numerous 'snags' in it which we raised a repair request for. Emmiera company visited and advised that the snags were in fact the tails of knots that had 'poked through' during manufacture. Their technician, Simon was fantastic at fixing the faults and reassuring us (and respected our house in taking his shoes off before entering).
Unfortunately we have had to log another service/repair request now as both sofas are extremely uncomfortable to sit on due to, what we believe, are too densely packed foam interiors. We appreciate that new furniture 'gives' after a while but having gone back to the store we purchased them from (Scunthorpe) and retried their sofas (which had only just been displayed and hadn't been sat on very much) only doubled our belief ours are faulty.
We loved the experience in the store, we love the colour and style of the sofas, just a real shame about the comfort. We are now waiting on Poltronesofa to contact us. Further updates to come.

Kept up to date with delivery and was delivered on time. Delivery men were friendly and helpful. Only had sofa and chair a couple of days but so far everythings seems fine.

It is hard to give a detailed review as our order is not due until early October when are visit to the Scunthorpe store was on the 3rd July.
We were looking to replace a leather suite. The store was clean, tidy and cool. We were the only shoppers and we saw two members of staff, who were friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. All our questions were answered thoroughly and advice was given about choice of colours. We ended up ordering a 3 seater sofa and a matching chair. The ordering process was straightforward, with all the documents being emailed to me

The staff in the shop were very pleasant and helpful.
When the suites were delivered one settee had a dirty mark on it that the driver pointed out and he made an attempt to clean it.The process for contacting the company directly was rather complicated and time consuming.
It looks as though it will be a few weeks before we are satisfied with the Company agreeing to replace the suites thus ensuring cleanliness and colour match.

We visited the shop in Scunthorpe yesterday just to look 😂 never the case with me. The assistant was very polite and professional not pushy at all just left it to us to it. He came over once to ask if we had found anything we liked which we did. He gave us the pros and cons about the sofa we choose and left us again to decide.
We purchased the sofa. We are not in a big rush for delivery so he was happy to keep it for us till August.

From ordering a sofa, we've had great experience from the Scunthorpe branch, we've had emails and txt to keep us informed, great service from them, delivering the sofa, even though we had a time slot, the delivery guys phoned to say they was 30 - 45 mins away, earlier then expected which was good, they was very thorough and treated everything with respect, they got on with building up the sofa, made sure we was happy and took all rubbish away, great work guys, thank you

The sales man took time to find the right chair for me - not easy for people who aren’t tall.

Ordered an armchair they told us it was a six week wait.It was four months wait. If I knew that I would never have ordered one. Will not buy from them again. The armchair is good.

We were looking for a good quality sofa, and called in at Poltronesofa` at Lakeside Scunthorpe. We were greeted by friendly staff who didn't pressurise us We looked around and tried quiet a few sofas and found one we liked.
The woman member of staff was very friendly, informative and dealt with everything in a proffessional manner.
We ordered it there and then and are waiting for it to come in the next few weeks.
