Giulia was professional, friendly and polite. She took the time to understand our needs and what we wanted from a sofa. Clearly explained sofa benefits, warranty and after care health check. Sofa delivered on time, assembled and explained fabric care kit. I visited three different sofa manufacturers/companies on the day, SCS genuinely showed an interest unlike the others who just wanted my money and to make a commission. SCS communicated with myself throughout the process. I would highly recommend SCS over any other manufacturer

The overall experience was very good. Staff were courteous and gave us time to decide. DElivery was good. We gave two telephone numbers to ring, mine and my daughters. A week before we informed the shop at Milton Keynes that my daughter would be away on the delivery date so send all communications to my land line number. On two occasions the mobile number was rung instead. Fortunately I got the messages and everything went smoothly and I am pleased with my sofa.

Buying was a convoluted process. I think three months is too long to wait for a single recliner with footstool - it effectively means, having paid in full, having that money tied up without the benefit of the goods for weeks. The delivery went very well and the two man team set it up where I wanted it and took all packaging away. The people I dealt with in store were also detailed and pleasant. I just can't offer 5 stars for something that suggests little elves are having to work on each product and therefore it takes them ages to fit the fabric to the structure. I think 5 weeks would be reasonable.
