Greeted at door didn’t know what we were looking for allowed to browse not pushed into anything when we saw what we were looking for for was told of the options and and shown colours fabrics and measurements of sofa so we could go home and decide

Steph (I think her name was) was excellent in all aspects.

Nick was really helpful with measuring and fabric options, didn't make us feel pressured at all, really helpful

I was going to buy a king size bed from the Kidderminster store until they hit me with the delivery charge of £139, I only live 5mins from them, I asked why they was not very helpful on the explanation like they was hiding something, Anyway they lost the sale (£1000) at the end of this I purchased a lovely bed from Bensons for Beds (Kidderminster) for under £900 inc delivery and hand made from the slumberland factory with regular updates all the way up to the delivery date, 3 weeks from order to finish. Good work Bensons for Beds no hidden or unexpected charges.

And the delivery drivers were excellent took 30 mins and all furniture was placed and set up in the house.

The staff were so helpful and very very knowledgeable in all aspects of the furniture

Nick was very helpful and answered all my questions it was a pleasure dealing with him.

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Steph, she was warm and friendly and gave us space to browse. She checked in and offered help when needed. Steph helped us explore all options and gave suggestions we found very useful. We chose the Kidderminster store as it was our closest.
We are happy with our purchase and the offer we received, can't wait until our sofas are delivered in July!

Ordering my sofas was easy ,but waiting for my receipt was rather lengthy . This could do with being better.

The sales assistant was very helpful and we went in to look and came out with a new sofa . The lady was highley knowledgeable friendly and spoke highley of the company itself which we felt says a lot about the business.
The lady was very well informed without been pushy and used her knowledge to guide us and help us make the right decision.

Great sales staff not pushy just let you get on with it.
