Right from the start Harjit guided us with lots of information on styles and colours etc, no pressure to buy, which did help us make our choices in replacing our 20yr plus furniture. Harjit and Simon at the Ipswich store were excellent salesmen in their no pressure approach, unlike some other stores we visited. The delivery teams were just as friendly and professional in the delivery of our orders.

Delivery guys called to let me know when they were on their way, took photos and assessed where they were transporting the sofa. Brought it inside and put it together where required. Both friendly and efficient and respectful of my property. Could not fault them. Excellent service.

After visiting many furniture stores we returned to SCS Ipswich, we were not jumped on, we were left to look and try the products then when we had made our sofa we where treated in exceptional well by the salesperson

Great customer experience apart from not knowing that the 3 seater recliner sofa was delivered in boxes/packages and we had to assemble ourselves. Which was quite a shock for my elderly mother.

Very pleased with the delivery and our new sofa

We spoke to a lovely man at scs ipswich who sold us a sofa suite, and we specifically asked if we should wait to buy as our new house wouldn't be ready until oct/Nov ... he assured us that wouldn't be a problem... each time I've delayed delivery which is 4 times, I was just doing what the sales people at ipswich told me to each time, and I was categorically told, its not a problem we can hold it for as long as you need, no mention of charges.... until last week when I received an email stating that as I had gone over our 'agreed' date of September and that if I didn't take delivery of it by today , i would be charged £25 a week from September... I replied amd explained my house wasn't ready but I had a date of 5th dec and that i had been told every time i called to delay, that its absolutely fine to which they promptly told yet again that either you delivery on the 7th Nov or i have to pay 3 months back pay...
I will state now, the delivery drivers have been so lovely and accommodating its just the ipswich team and someone called rachel ipswich manager .... shocking after care service will never use again!

The chaps turned up on time, were polite and did an excellent job of getting my furniture into our house without scuffing or any difficulties. They took the time to be careful and not appear to rush whilst still being efficient. Really impressed with the team. Sofa's alright as well :)

All round good experience. Bailey was our sales consultant in the Ipswich store and he was great! Very patient and professional and not at all pushy in terms of trying to get a sale!
Alex and Joshua delivered our sofa and they were great too. They kept us up to date in terms of delivery time and were very professional and respectful of our property, making sure they did everything they could to get the sofa in without causing any damage to it or our house. They put the sofa exactly where we wanted it, checked it over and that it worked (recliner) before they left, taking all of the rubbish with them. It was like they were never here! Very pleased with the service.

Was lied to by the salesman who we had he told us it would be 8 weeks when phoned up at 8 weeks we got told my sofa would be another 4to 5 weeks as told they would phone me back to was happening they never did i phoned up again several times the same happened each time so went into shop and told about what been going on then told my wouldn't be with me beginning of September told them this was not acceptable as we order in may when we finally got it delivered we found a glue mark on left arm corner delivery man took photo and the sliders we had were wrong as they were for recliners

Though Leather sofas are of very good quality but delivery was late.
On delivery day cables for 3 & 2 seater sofa were missing.
We have contacted the customer service team regarding this, to my surprise they asked for the photos of the cable ends, which we have provided.
They should know from the sofa types, which types of cable are needed.

I am so impressed with everything from start to finish purchasing my new sofa. From Simon in the store, my phone call to change delivery day and to the efficient guys who delivered it and put it together. I was treated with respect at every stage. More than 5 stars!

We were kept well informed prior to delivery re:-date, time to expect etc and everything went smoothly. The delivery men were efficient and friendly . The item delivered was in very good condition,so we were happy customers.Marked down to four stars due to initially having to chase the company for a delivery date.

What can I say? Excellent service from start to finish. Simon one of the sales management team at Ipswich was super helpful throughout the viewing and buying process and was not pushy at anytime. We were made to feel relaxed and at ease. Then updates were great and gave time to ensure delivery date could be met. Finally, the delivery team were possibly the best delivery team I’ve ever dealt with. I believe one was called Alex. They set up the sofa and chair and put them exactly in the positions we wanted them. Above all of that the pricing was spot on and the furniture itself is amazing quality.
