Sofa came in the morning as said.
Very good delivery men were professional and quick and careful with my sofa and room surround.

Professional service throughout
Good communication prior to delivery giving date.
Text received on the day giving a timeslot followed by a call from the crew saying they were on their way.
On arrival good survey of route and destination. Offered and moved a chest of drawers to facilitate entry.
Delivery very smooth and assembly quick and efficient.
Tested everything and showed us fully assembled.
Took all rubbish away.
Very professional and polite throughout - a great service.

Simon was very friendly and helpful. He was very informative about the sofa and answered all of our questions. We loved the sofa but were still looking around for more but simon definitely helped us decided on this one. A very good and kind salesperson.

Sale staff were very helpful when we visited the shop in ipswich to view the sofas harjit was very good at his job we ordered 2 reclining sofas which were delivered on the 15th April the delivery staff were very quick in unloading and sorting them out would recommend them

Awful communication, no help
Loved the sofas, however we have damage to the frame and cannot sit on the sofa. We have lifetime frame guarantee warranty - but trying to get hold of them or the insurance company (neither of which want to take responsibility) is awful. Tell us they can’t speak to us when it was an online order- but we purchased in store. Would never shop here again in case I was in need of aftercare. So still haven’t been able to solve the issue months later! Avoid at all cost!!!!

I am very sorry for the concerns that you have with your furniture.
Looking over the notes I can see that you were sent the link to our contact form so that this can be logged.
As your furniture is over 12 months old an out of warranty payment would be applicable, as per the terms and conditions for your order.
I am sorry if this is not the outcome that you may have expected however we would be unable to proceed without this.
If you do want to go ahead then please submit the claim form back to us and one of our aftercare team will contact you.

Delivery guys could not be faulted
Delivery guys could not be faulted. They were cheerful , professional and a pleasure to deal with. They struggled with very heavy furniture which could’ve been given straps to make it easier for them to manhandle.
Trying to get hold of the store via phone is virtually impossible and had to visit instead. Some store staff went above and beyond to help with issues and queries whereas others seemed dismissive.
Their products are amazing but the buying experience not so much so and relied on the customer doing 90% of the legwork. It seems that once they have your order and deposit, the rest isn’t as important to them which is a shame as I am not sure I’d return to that store in a hurry.

Horrendous customer service
There is absolutely no email or customer service number that you can get through on. All emails are no reply. I've tried the customer service number numerous times and never ever been able to get through. I had a price issue and then the sofa arrived with a missing leg and only way to deal with any of it was to drive miles to the store. Customer service is horrendous. I would never ever buy from them again.

Brother and sister in law have recently…
Brother and sister in law have recently just paid over £2000 for a new sofa which was broken during the delivery! My brother works away and my sister in law stays at her mothers in the week whilst he is away so didn't notice and 3 days have passed so SCS a refusing to assist or even acknowledge the fault. We will be pursuing this further! "lovely women" in the store who thinks she can bully a young mum of 3 kids!

Excellent Service
The Delivery Team kept me informed as to when they were due to arrive. In addition to the excellent tracking system, I received a phone call about 50 minutes before they would be arriving.
The team worked hard and swiftly when they were here, leaving no mess behind.
