Great experience from start yo finish
From the ordering in darlington store with andrew who was the most polite,understanding and helpfull person right through to the day of delivery i can not fault this company . The two guys who deliverd the sofas were very poilte and respectfull to us and our propety. Worked very hard in this heatwave .the sofas are very good quality and look stunning.

it was delivered on time the they put it altogether very friendly very pleased with the service.

Plenty of choice, professional and friendly staff and easy ordering service.
I went to the store just for a look. I was approached by a staff member who gave me a guide on what the signs on the furniture meant. He answered all of my questions while i looked round, showed me all the choices of fabric in colour i wanted. Not pushy or in your face, but still on hand. Was quick and easy to order when i went back.

Matthew was fantastic and the other staff were great fun too.
Oh and the place smells absolutely amazing! You have to start selling that scent for people to take into their own homes. Absolutely stunning!

We already knew what we wanted but as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a ciao and the whole purchase was made easy and the transaction went smoothly. 10/10.
