I have recently moved to Leeswood near Mold in North Wales. I had a thought in my mind for a recliner sofa but had no time to look for it. I was visiting Greyhound Retail Park in Chester and show Poltronesofa store I thought I will check it out, I remembered the advert on tv Poltronesofa with Italian touch.
As I entered the store I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman called Steve he was very polite asked me what I was looking for. I explained.
I was only looking did not plan to buy anything, Steve was very patient and helpful he showed me all different kinds of recliner sofas and He got me a lovely cup of coffee. He showed me a displayed sofa 2 seater recliner and it was so comfortable and the price was right and I was going to buy one anyway, so I ended up buying it .
I was very happy with my purchase and was very happy with Steve's help we shake hands and I left the store with a big smile on my face.
I will definitely recommend the store to my friends and family.

The salesman was very helpful explained how the company works and the different fabrics. When explained everything to us he then left us to have a look around the shop. We decided on 2 recliner chairs . He was very helpful.

Customer care was great, helpful and informative but I was disappointed when the store wouldn't honour my armed forces discount, the main reason I went to SCS. I quoted the SCS Web info on the discount and was informed they "don't do that". I'm sure my sofa will be great but certainly made me feel I wouldn't recommend to my colleagues in the Forces Community

Service very good,salespeople very helpful, knowledgeable, answering questions and giving advice.
The period to change mind is only 2 days, this should be extended to at least 7 days as it is a big decision to make on an expensive item. Also material samples should be available so that carpet and accessories can be chosen if required

I like the fact that the sales people weren’t too pushy, the purchase was quick and simple.

We were warmly greeted (and the dog too). After asking if we knew what we were looking for he guided us through options and colours.
We were then offered drinks and left alone to look. When we were ready to purchase we were helped with last minute questions.
He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
We had just come from another sofa retailer who was very pushy and didnt leave us alone to look.
2 very different retailing experiences. We will be back when we need another sofa.
