Dreadful once a sale is made don't want to know.stores direct you to customer services ,get through it very lucky.we've had problem since March no where near being resolved.after receiving reply sc s .I'll change my review of your response is suitable but at it stands you have not been too good with your customer service.

Delivery guys were excellent.unpacked sofas and took the wrapping away. We did discover after unwrapplng have two different style of sofas from the same range. Delivery guys made SCS aware of this straight away.

From ordering in store to delivery can not fault the service. Salesman italian chap was a gentleman. (sorry forgot the name). Delivery guys were efficient friendly and kept updated throughout. Sofa is lovely we are very happy with the purchase

We were served by Gulab, who is the store manager. We found him to be very straight and not pushy at all. He answered our questions directly and fully. Shopping here was a decent experience.

We walked into your shop and weren’t hassled or followed whilst we walked around looking at the sofas.
When we made enquiries about the sofa we liked the sales assistant Tanveer was very knowledgeable, and helpful, answering all our questions.
No heavy sales pressure when we said we would return the next day after thinking about buying.
We returned the next day and saw Tanveer who helped us make our final choice of leather and colour.
He also explained about the discount etc and went right through from order to the delivery stage.
We were given a delivery date and told we could track our sofas on line.
This was great, and the sofas were delivered yesterday ahead of schedule, by 2 very polite helpful delivery men.
Who unwrapped the sofas, assembled them and were very tidy taking away all the packaging .
We cannot fault the whole experience.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Gulab knew exactly what we were looking for and the process was so smoothe. Definately recommend getting you sofas from here.

All they wanted to do was get in and leave in the shortest possible time, delivery experience was awful, no communication, and literally kicked and disfigured a stair basket and my wife's makeup ended all over the floor, which in turn he stood on and broke, disgusting. With no apology or a sorry, if I could add pictures I would, which I took at the time.

Went into newly refurbished store lots of new products and great choice of materials and fabrics on the new line of furniture. Spent close to 2 hours looking around. Branch manager Gulab was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new ranges of suites.
Made the whole process easy and hassle free, let us take our time without any pressure being put on us to buy.

Ordered sofas in store on 22nd April, when choosing material, colours etc was advised expected turnaround time for delivery was 6-7 weeks. It was only when paying informed that this was actually showing as 11 weeks. Accepted that we would have to wait a little bit longer in our new home without any furniture as we were pleased with the choices we had made. Informed expected delivery date would be 11th July, received no further communication, it was only when I tracked the order online the day prior that it showed a delay, no courtesy email or text informing us. Contacted the store they said sofas had been made but a delay from vendor re delivery , offered to pay extra for a different method of delivery told not possible. Then advised expected delivery to house 1st August. Then again told this had been delayed. Sent a formal complaint on 29th July to which nobody has bothered to respond to. Called customer service, they said there was an issue with vendor delivery, said not entitled to compensation until after 11th August. Contacted the store a week later who said they don’t deal with compensation and let’s just wait and see when your sofas will arrive. Expected delivery to store now 18th August but I anticipate this will again be delayed. Contacted customer service today as it has breached 11th August, they tried to be helpful but are limited in their options, said store need to arrange compensation with me, said I have option to cancel but this is more frustrating knowing the sofas have been made and are waiting in storage somewhere. Have nothing to sit on and it has been 16 weeks. I cannot comprehend how a company can take thousands of pounds from you upfront and not provide any goods. I am worried about the risk of damage to the sofas whilst sitting in storage, I am dreading how they will arrive given some of the reviews on here around delivery. I expect compensation and a confirmed date for when I will receive them but I am not feeling hopeful. Beyond disappointing and I would never again shop with this company.

My partner and myself went into SCS at castle vale to had a look and Nick helped us out straight away, we advised what we were looking for and showed us around at what would be our best options and my partner fell in love with one model and told us the option to change the fabric as we didn’t like the original colour, from start to finish Nick gave us the best experience we could of asked for and we walked away ordering a sofa we are in love with and cannot wait to receive! Thank you so much Nick for all of your help!

The delivery was as expected, within the time slot allocated. The delivery guys were great, as well!!!!!!

The lads who brought the order was really good very professional and no messing around. Only issues was delivery. Myself and partner waited all day for the sofa to come at half 5 after the designated time slot although I understand the lads was very busy today and with traffic at rush hour these things happen. Overall very happy with the order

Excellent customer service from point of ordering to delivery updates to the actual delivery. The delivery on the day was slightly earlier than expected which was great and we were kept informed, lovely lads no messing about… brought sofas in, assembled and took rubbish away… excellent!
