Having been informed my items where ready and I needed to pay the balance I called the store a total of 16 times over the past 3 days. Each time the phone went to answer phone and I left a voice mail. Likewise I had also called and left several voice mail messages with customer services and also emailed them. Not once did I receive a call back or email. As a result I went into store this morning with a view to cancelling the order due to complete lack of faith. Sadly I was unable to do so without losing my large deposit. If they can't be bothered to return a call when a customer owes them a large balance what are the likelyhood of them calling back if a customer called to lodge a fault ! I would say you'd have more chance of throwing a stone at the moon and it landing on it. Lesson learnt for me and my advise to others would be go else where as this company lacks direction and is very poor at communicating and looking after its customers

Excellent service in store with helpful staff. Excellent communication about delivery time. Polite phone call from delivery man. Very friendly delivery men , helpful and polite. Did an excellent job, despite having to carry furniture up 2 flights of stairs. Definitely recommend them.

Although a slight hiccup with first delivery, second was perfect. Men were polite, quick and efficient when they arrived. Very pleased with our new chair. Communication with all parties, salesmen at Castle Vale and delivery driverswas spot on. Thankyou

I could not fault the 2 delivery men. They were very professional and helpful. They were very friendly and done a great job. Very pleased.

They went to the wrong address, when I explained where we were, they said that they hadn’t been told that we live on an avenue, with no access. We always explain to deliveries our location. They reluctant to find us and deliver. When they securing the sofa together, they were constantly swearing. I had to give the one guy a hand because the other one just stood there. The sofa wasn’t properly secured together and has come apart, this morning .

Shopping for a new sofa set for my mother. She originally just wanted a corner sofa but Gulab noticed that she had issues standing up from a sofa so offered alternatives that would work better for her.

Wasn't a pushy salesman and allowed us time to discuss options without hoovering over us. When we came back a few days later to buy the sofa set we agreed on, he welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel very welcome. Offered coffee and water and explained the full sales to delivery timeline and answered all questions we had.

Overall, a lovely friendly experience. Highly recommend and considering going again in the future.

The delivery team kept us well informed of their ETA. They arrived within the time frame we were given and were extremely polite, friendly and efficient.

I had gulab as the person we spoke to to get a sofa for my new home. We didn’t have much to go off of but he took so much care and time with us in helping me find the right fit for my new space. Forever grateful for the time he took and patience he had

This sofa came up a flight of stairs with a stair lift no problem. I had a phone call 30 minutes before they were due to arrive and email and text message the day before. They put it together and took away all the packing. The sales lady in scs was really helpful and advised me which sofas would be better to fit up the stairs, she was not at all pushy and I felt no pressure to buy.

Quick efficient polite and friendly, came in, sofa 1 piece at a time as they put it together. Checked it was all working, signed for done and dusted.
