Merv and Ste were very professional, got our sofa and chair in, in no time! They were very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent experience.

Ordered a sofa 11/1/25 for delivery 21/2/25. So far no one has been in contact and when i telephoned the contact number to try to find out when delivery will be there is 187 minute wait time. I have found a track my order, which i wasn't made aware of when we purchased and it is now estimated to be delivered 6 weeks later than we were told i would arrive, yet we haven't been kept informed. Still waiting in the que to find out when it will arrive and find out what's gone wrong.

Friendly kew about all the products and helped me find a choose the products I brought avery nice person.

From store to delivery was kept informed every step. The delivery guys rung me with a rough time of delivery were very professional would highly recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff. We delt with John who was able to answer all our questions and was very patient as we asked to look at different options.

This visit was to chose our new seating and leave a deposit and everything went perfecly from our point of view. At the moment I can't comment on the delivery etc of our goods.

Purchased an in store stock item in the sale, great service from SCS Blackburn, really helped with the choice and offered a great price on the item they had. Delivery very efficient and 2 days after visiting it is already in our house.. Dave at the store was good to deal with in all aspects.. happy customer

When I ordered from the showroom I was offered to buying the insurance although I have my own insurance but I held firm and declined saying I would check my own insurance policy which I have and do not need their insurance . Since ordering and paying my deposit I have heard many horror stories about this company that they constantly lie about delivery times and the quality of the product some people receive is shocking there is a dedicated Facebook group about this company and how many hundreds of people have been let down . However I am reserving judgment as so far since ordering the product I have had no contact only my confirmation of my order . If my experience becomes a positive experience I will of course change this review and reflect the actual service and product as I received it . Here hoping they deliver the product in 22febuary as they have said they will . But if I am honest I am not holding my breath from what I have seen but would love to be proved wrong

Very helpful not pushing us into buying just offered good advice on everything, really pleased with what we have eventually bought, cannot wait for it ur sofas to arrive.

Sam ,sales was fantastic,funny helpful and very easy to talk to ,would call in just to have a chat,service was excellent got what I wanted,which was leather suite with cushions that you could move around,apparently dfs who I called in before,nobody makes suites like that ,so they suggested I buy two ,two seater settees and rotate them in the room every 3 months 🤔62 so yeah that wouldn’t of worked for me 😁

Despite several attempts to contact SCS with promises of a response, I still haven't received a reply.
Basically certain questions were completed by the salesperson who never asked us for answers and which resulted oin a lot of the answers he had put being incorrect.
