Product / items I received very good quality.
Grandson fussy young man so was concerned what he would think.

But no problem this time.
Fit was great, items excellent quality, delivery and ordering no issues at all.
I would highly recommend on my experience of this company.
I will be ordering again very soon.

Really great ordering experience
I have purchased trutex items - trousers and polo shirts and I am extremely happy with these . They have a huge range available in a great range of sizes and leg lengths in trousers which I really needed due to a taller child . The website is easy to navigate , the dispatch of items is fast and efficient . The incentive scheme is a real bonus and makes a difference when you have multiple children needing uniforms . The pricing is great also . The availability of stock is far better than many stockists . Highly recommend them .

Disappointed experience
The item was delivered within four days, which was the only positive aspect of my experience. Unfortunately, it looks nothing like the product advertised on the website. To make matters worse, I am required to pay for the return and navigate a complicated and frustrating return process.
After posting my review here, I received a reply from someone at the School Uniform shop asking me to contact them with my order details. I did as requested, and they then asked me to send photos of the product and the labels. I sent everything they asked for, but after that I never received another response. It has been a complete waste of my time and money, and I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Hi Assel
Thanks for the additional images they are really useful and have enabled me to check that we have supplied the correct trousers that you ordered.
Its also useful to understand that you don't like the material and the tailored fit.
I have attached a free returns label which will allow you to return the trousers via Royal Mail, once we receive them back we will refund the cost of the trousers to the card you paid on.
Thanks
Luke

Good morning,
Many thanks for your reply. Attached find please the photos of the tickets.
We don't like the material of the trousers and also the legs are really narrow at the end.
Best regards

Hi Assel
Many thanks indeed for coming back to me.
Would you be kind enough to also send me a picture of the front and the back of the swing ticket on the product which has the product information on it and also any labels inside the product so I can check the product information.
Also could you let me know were there any issues with fit and style when the trousers were tried on?
Thanks
