Amanda Tidwell, owner of Adoraboerboels via Good Dog charged me a non refundable $1000 deposit after I wanted to purchase a dog from her and only 10 hrs later let her know it wouldn’t be a good fit.

She claimed that the dogs profile displays the non refundable deposit but it doesn’t and simply says the deposit is $1000. After refusing to refund me in full I took it up with Good Dog whom she lied to stating she had to keep the deposit because she already cancelled commitments and took of work. This was false because when we spoke on the phone(which was outside of Good Dog and not recommended so the call could be recorded) she stated she worked everyday up until the day I wanted to meet and even on that day needed to take her 9 year old son to a camp or practice that morning and would drive to meet me after. That doesn’t sound like “taking off from work or cancelled commitments” to me.

She then contradicted herself by sending me a message stating the deposit could however be used for future purchase of a dog and they would hold it for that reason. So which is it, you need the $1000 for the 10hr inconvenience of so called called commitments and taking off for work or a money grab to ensure the buyer is coerced into purchasing with you in the future.

Her practices are completely unethical and she mentioned that her and her husband are struggling to make ends meet because they have seven Boerboels ranging from 130-210lbs and they’re eating them out of house and home.

For that reason she thought it was ethical to claim $1000 of my hard earned money because they are struggling and this particular do was the last of her litter and hadn’t been sold. The dog is 5months which is greatly outside of purchase age and she claims it was only because they were going to keep her until they met financial hardship.

Her husband is a truck driver and she does medical-billing and coding and it seems the dog business isn’t doing the greatest for her to scam someone for $1000. I could understand if I reserved the puppy after the 8 week nursing period and she had to resin and board, feed, and vax her. But all those things had been done wayyyyy before my interest and I caused this woman zero inconvenience in the 10hr time frame of which I paid my down payment and then cancelled.

Furthermore Good Dog policy required payment in full and a contract to be sent and signed prior to any movement. We all know she is lying about needing to take off of work and cancel commitments when we’re scheduled to meet days after and she’s saying with the 10hr time Fran which would have been between the hours of 6pm-8am she made such arrangements to meet me days later and full payment wasn’t even made.

What a disappointing and unethical breeder. Not to mentioned she pitched them as being a family oriented company and how great they treat the dogs. I wouldn’t be surprised if she would forge documents regarding health and if those dogs live in terrible conditions, just by how she handles business alone.

If you’re not sure about your purchase don’t make a purchase from her or you’ll definitely be out of big money. I even wonder if she did this to several people before with this same fig which is why the dog is 5months and hasn’t been sold yet.

I was testing my website on scamadvisor website it showed unsafe score of 56 after i signed up to scamadvisor and added all the details of my company and my address and saved and again i reloaded the page it shows now 36 score even less than before.

“Scam Adviser” is a laughable name for a site that seems more interested in collecting user data and spreading vague suspicion than providing serious analysis. They slap soft accusations onto legitimate startup websites with little context and act as though automated guesses equal real due diligence. Calling a new business ‘potentially suspicious’ because it is early-stage is lazy, irresponsible, and damaging. If your entire model is built on intrusive browsing as your business model, weak machine learning predictive signals that are overfit and a terrible excuse of prediction while damaging other companies reputations, and fear-based insinuation, maybe you should be reviewing yourselves first.

We have one major online retail website that has existed for a long time, and which we took over 2 years ago. We have worked hard to make the website more professional, improve communication, spent hundreds of dollars on new themes, and presented our thousands of 4-5 star reviews very prominently on the website.

Our Scamadviser score has gone *down* over time despite our TrustPilot ranking going up, and at least 2 of the listed metrics are incorrect (there were no shortened URLs used on the site that I know of outside of maybe an Instagram feed we haven't used for years).

Do not trust this service.

This site operates unethically. The positive reviews you see here are fake and misleading. Their business model appears to revolve around extorting money from victims, specifically, they demand payment in exchange for removing harmful posts. In doing so, they unfairly target and damage new businesses before they even have a chance to get off the ground. This kind of predatory behavior needs to be investigated by the authorities. Potential users should be very cautious.

Instead of waring for scams they are scam itself! They warn about good sites and advertise bad. Highly not recommend

Cette analyse me paraît totalement injustifiée et donne une image trompeuse aux internautes. Classer un site comme suspect sur la base d’algorithmes ou d’indices techniques sans vérifier la réalité peut nuire gravement à des entreprises légitimes.

Mon expérience est pourtant simple : navigation normale, paiement sécurisé et commande livrée dans les délais annoncés. Rien ne correspond aux avertissements alarmants affichés sur cette page.

Ce type d’évaluation automatique peut facilement créer de fausses alertes et semer le doute chez les consommateurs. Avant de publier des conclusions aussi négatives, il serait plus responsable de vérifier les faits et de prendre en compte les retours réels des utilisateurs.

They are scammers themselves. It works as a blackmail. They will ask you for revaluation of your website, the log in details and payment to remove the malicious content they have created about your domain. Anyone can report you as unverified troll. Also a lot of legitimate users have reported that the site can provide "baseless high scores" to real scams, while flagging legitimate new businesses as high-risk. They do not have any validating tech and legitimate tools for such scanning activity, they are fraudulent themselves. EU will investigate and there are enough requests to close them down.
