was mostly a wonderful trip. Found the 24/7 emergency WhatsApp fabulous for handling little snafus. A few minor complaints that we have noted for future customers.

Say Hueque travel agents Analia, Julieta, and Cami planned, booked, and provided daily support for our 3 week trip to Argentina in March 2026. After flying into Buenos Aires, we visited El Chalten, El Calafate, and Bariloche in Patagonia and the Uco Valley and Chacras de Coria in Mendoza. For our stay in Patagonia, Analia tailored our trip to facilitate guided hiking and outdoor adventures during the day and extremely comfortable hotels at night. Local culture - including a private asadito with a local family -was a focus. In Mendoza, Analia and Julieta arranged wine tastings - often paired with food - and booked our stays at two of the best hotels in the region. We were offered guided walks through a vineyard, lunch with a vineyard’s chef, private wine tastings, and much more. Julieta and Cami made sure our transportation and connections worked as they should. When one of our hotels unexpectedly charged us extra for overnight electricity, Say Hueque reimbursed us. When my daughter’s flight from the US caused delays and her luggage was lost, Say Hueque helped secure the luggage, and rebooked transportation and tours at no additional cost. I am pleased to highly recommend this travel company for your travel to Argentina and Chile.

We used Say Hueque for planning our honeymoon to Buenos Aires, Iguazu, and Mendoza. Everything was fantastic. The communication, organization etc. was flawless. The pickups were always on time, the English-speaking guides always spoke great English. The hotels chosen for us were all very nice, and all the tour guides that say hueque partnered with were extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was so nice being able to hand over the logistics of day-to-day planning so that we were able to just follow our itinerary and truly enjoy the trip. If we had planned the trip on our own, I’m sure we would have saved money but we wouldn’t have had nearly the same experience. we benefitted so much from the expertise and guidance of say hueque that I’d tell anyone planning a trip to Argentina to absolutely go ahead and use the agency.

We booked a 25 day trip to Patagonia through Say Huegue and could not have been more satisfied with their service. Both Patricio and Felipe were extremely knowledgeable and were able to accommodate all our wishes. We wanted maximum flexibility for this trip and were not interested in guided activities. We rented a car and drove to most of our destinations. The pre arranged hotels were all excellent and provided a very personalized service. All the airport and hotel transfers were on time. Say Huegue made it very easy for us to have a great customized vacation. We would certainly use their services again.

We booked an unguided W Trek, Torres del Paine, Chile in February 2026 for my wife, myself, and two friends through Say Hueque, with accommodations in refugios throughout. The trip was arranged in partnership with Base Torres, which handled transportation to the park from Puerto Natales and operates many of the refugios along the trek.

We made our reservation about nine months in advance, and Say Hueque was able to organize the itinerary with relatively few issues. Some additional complexity arose when my daughter and a friend decided to join on a separate trek the following week. Even with this added coordination, Say Hueque managed to accommodate the request. It took a bit of time to confirm all the refugio bookings, but they ultimately came through.

By the time of the trip, everything was well organized. All transportation details, park documentation, and refugio reservations were consolidated in one convenient place, and we never had to scramble for information or chase down logistics during the trip.

We primarily worked with Andrea Solano and Clara Gonzalez, who were consistently responsive over email despite time zone differences. When needed, we were also able to reach them by phone, and otherwise received replies within 24 hours.

In addition, Say Hueque also arranged excursions around Santiago, including trips to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, as well as side trips to Calama and San Pedro de Atacama.

Overall, the planning process was smooth and reliable, and we felt very well supported throughout. Say Hueque provided a level of organization and responsiveness that made the experience pretty stress-free!

I liked the places that were put together in the itinerary. I did not like having to come back by the same route without seeing new places and wasting time and money staying in hotels .

Sayhueque was amazing to work with for my honeymoon vacation to Patagonia! (Argentina & Chile). Being a busy couple we didn't have the time to plan a multi week and multi destination trip so we reached oit to Sayhueque. They worked with us to make our dream honeymoon a reality. We visited 5 areas of Argentina. Say Hueque booked all the excursions, flights, hotels, transports, etc. The trip was beautifully planned and created an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed all the excursions. The selected guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely use them again.

We traveled with another couple and had a wonderful experience. It was very helpful to have Say Heuque book hotels, and especially transportation for us. There is a lot of long distance to cover within Patagonia. We booked our own airfares both to and from the region and within, with guidance on time restrictions from SH This is preferred as you can cancel or change directly with the airline if needed. Be sure to purchase trip insurance though. They also highly recommended Ecocamp in Torres del Paine, and it was absolutely wonderful as promised. The only thing that went wrong was somehow our reservation there was not correct and we had to change rooms the last night. It turned out not to be as big of a hassle as expected, and Say Heuque apologized profusely about the mixup.

I would actually give you more than five stars. The trip was that good.
This trip was very special for me. Having spent two years living and working in Brazil, I was returning for the first time in 56 years. Since I no longer had any contacts there, I decided to use a travel agency for the trip. Say Hueque was the right travel agency for us.
They worked with me to plan a trip for my husband and me that met all my expectations. We got to all the places that I wanted to see. Moises, our guide in Salvador, Bahia, was knowledgeable about the history of the area. We were able to visit a traditional AfroBrazilian religious center, maintaining respect for the religious traditions of the people but gaining an understanding of their beliefs and traditions. A trip to the beach included a visit to a sea turtle conservation center.
In Recife, Hugo was our guide to the city and the beach. He also was very knowledgeable of the history of the area. Our trip to the beach included a ride on a jangada to a reef where we watched the sea life. Then, he heard that there were going to be sea turtles hatching and took us to see that. It is so amazing to see the little turtles emerging from the sand and making their way down the beach to the ocean. On the tour of Recife and Olinda, he focused on areas that especially interested me, like the life of Dom Helder Camara and the traditional downtown.
The day that we visited the hospital where I had worked, our guide was Baruch. He had actually grown up in the neighborhood and remembered some of the things that I remembered. He was enthusiastic about my having been there and getting back. He also took us to the school where I had boarded when I first got there and we were able to walk around the grounds and talk with current staff. In Caruaru, the market that I remembered was no longer there, but he took us to the Farro music museum, a textile museum and the clay figure museum and was most excited that I owned a clay piece from Caruaru.
In both Salvador, Bahia and Recife, we were met at the airport by English speaking guides and they also dropped us off and made sure that we had our boarding passes before they left the airport.
We have already recommended Say Hueque to a friend planning a trip.

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to South America organized by Say Hueque, a small travel agency based in Argentina that specializes in the Patagonia region. Before planning this trip, we had never heard of the company and simply found them through an internet search. Taking a chance on a company we didn’t know was initially a bit uncertain, but the experience turned out to be outstanding.

Our trip took place from February 25 to March 12, 2026. We arranged our own international flights, while Say Hueque organized the rest of the itinerary, including lodging, transportation, and various activities. The journey took us through several remarkable destinations: Santiago, Puerto Natales, El Calafate, Ushuaia, Iguazu, and Buenos Aires.

When discussing accommodations, we told the agency that we were not interested in fancy hotels—our only real requirement was that they be clean and comfortable. To our pleasant surprise, most of the hotels they selected were actually very nice 4-star properties, all well located and comfortable while still keeping the focus on the travel experience rather than luxury.

Our main interests were nature and experiencing local life, especially getting a sense of how people in the region actually live. Say Hueque clearly understood this and designed an itinerary that matched our priorities extremely well.

The natural highlights of the trip were truly spectacular. Visiting Torres del Paine National Park was unforgettable, with its dramatic mountains and beautiful landscapes. In El Calafate, we were able to see the famous Perito Moreno Glacier and other glaciers up close, which was an incredible experience. Iguazu Falls was another breathtaking destination, easily one of the most impressive natural wonders we have ever seen. In Ushuaia, we also visited penguin colonies, which was both fascinating and memorable.

Equally meaningful were the cultural experiences that Say Hueque arranged for us. The absolute highlights were two dinners with local host families—one in Ushuaia and another in Buenos Aires. These evenings gave us an authentic glimpse into everyday life and conversations with local people, something that typical tourism rarely offers. We also enjoyed a tango dinner show in Buenos Aires, which added another wonderful cultural touch to the trip.

As with any complex trip, there were a couple of last-minute “emergencies” along the way. What impressed us most was how quickly and professionally the Say Hueque team handled them. Our designated agent, Luciana, and the emergency contact, Alejandra, were incredibly responsive. We typically received replies within about ten minutes at any time of day, often followed by a phone call to make sure everything had been properly resolved.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Say Hueque. The trip was thoughtfully designed, smoothly organized, and perfectly aligned with our interests in nature and authentic local experiences. We would happily recommend Say Hueque to friends and family planning a trip to Patagonia or other parts of Argentina.

Great recommendations for touring Argentina over a 15-day period. Excellent hotel choices, they maximized our tour even with 4 days of domestic flights. In one situation, our flight was delayed but they rearranged an end of day tour at the last minute rather than cancelling. Local tour guides were all outstanding, typically private for the 4 of us. My only complaint was poor communications over the months of planning. They only sent communications to our other travel couple. With some exceptions, we were frequently not in the loop, despite repeated reminders to include us in all messages. This was lso true when on the trip using their Vamoos app, we did not receive all the texts our other travel couple received. I believe this was not the fault of the tour planners but their software system. They recommended Aerolinas for all domestic flights and this was a great choice as the flights and service were all top notch. All pickup drivers were outstanding as well. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Say Hueque.

We traveled through Peru, Argentina and Brazil on our recent trip. Say Hueque did a wonderful job coordinating the trip and everything went seamlessly with our travel experience in South America. Every transfer and tour guide was on time and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Say Hueque for any travel in South America.

We just returned from The Best of Patagonia Tour organized through Say Hueque. We are typically "independent" travelers; however, on this trip, I was not interested in planning our transportation through Patagonia so we very much appreciated the chance to have our travel and hotels organized by this team.

Everything MORE than met our expectations. Say Hueque has a network of reliable, high-quality partners throughout the region. We experienced no problems, AT ALL, on this trip, with pick-ups or hotels or transportation or anything else.

We were satisfied with the price and the inns/hotels offered for our selected price range, as well as the tours (kayaking at Perito Moreno, a ranch visit to Nibepo Aike with horseback riding, and a long day tour to Torres del Paine National Park). The only regret is that we didn't plan a longer in Torres del Paine, but our schedule simply didn't allow it).

The Say Hueque team members we worked with are high-caliber: Meri (our travel specialist), Joaquina (Guest Relations) and Fabiana (from 24-hour Customer Support Team). They provided the support we needed throughout and were highly responsive to questions via email.

The hardest part is learning how to say the name of the company correctly for this English speaker! ;)
