Managed to get hold of the company…
Managed to get hold of the company regarding faulty Tom Tom which had been in for repair as not fixed fault still persisted.
They explained problem with E mail etc anyway sent the whole unit back including cable and cradle
Fixed the issue sent it back no charge.
It has restored my faith in them job done quickly so will be quite happy to use them again

SNOOPER S8000 SERIES REPAIR
Recently i had the mis fortune to drop my Sat Nav and the screen bexome unserviceable as a result. I contacted Sat Nav Repair Service by phone and they said they saied they could fix it. I followed the instructions and sent my unit in for repair. Three days later it was back with me like new. I cannot praise these people enough.

Alla fine tutto bene...
Ho inviato il mio Garmin edge 1000, dopo pochi giorni pago la riparazione effettuata.
Nessuna email di conferma del pagamento, nessuna email di spedizione effettuata, insomma…niente di niente.
Passano giorni ma nessuna notizia, invio varie email per essere informato ma nessuna risposta.
Ricevo soltanto una email (sicuramente automatica) che mi chiede di scrivere una recensione sul servizio.
In firma a questa email trovo un numero di cellulare abilitato con whatsapp.
Inizio, quindi, a scrivere con una persona molto disponibile al dialogo ma che cerca di scaricare la responsabilità sulla compagnia di spedizione dicendo che l’azienda per cui lavora non ha responsabilità.
Mi offre 150€ (o sterline non so) che bastano a malapena a pagare le spese che ho sostenuto per mandare in riparazione il mio dispositivo.
Stavo quasi per rivolgermi ad un legale ma per fortuna dopo 36 giorni di attesa il mio dispositivo è arrivato.
È vero che la colpa era della compagnia di spedizione ma il cliente deve essere tutelato al 100% dall’azienda.
Poi si sorprendono che Amazon si prende il mercato…
Comunque metto 3 stelle per la disponibilità dell'operatore e per la felicità che tutto si sia concluso bene.
THEY KNOW NOTHING
After four months of numerous futile attempts at contacting the company my husband eventually succeeded in paying them for our TomTom repair. They said they would re-test it before returning it to us. The machine arrived and WITH THE SAME FAULT SO STILL DID NOT WORK so we contacted Sat Nav Repairs for a refund and, with the assistance of PayPal, got one. I took the TomTom to Halfords explaining the fault and they fixed it in 5 minutes, free of charge. These people know NOTHING.
Totally hopeless
Totally hopeless, had my TomTom for over 2 months, difficult to contact them and even worse they claim to have lost my contact details. Paid for the unit to be returned as they couldn't repair, only for it to be worse than when sent.
Save yourself the hassle, DON'T USE THEM.

3 semaines qu'ils ont mon GPS, toujours en attente de prise en charge par un technicien. NE donne pas de date, ne répond pas aux mails de relance ni aux messages , par téléphone nous dit qu'il nous tien informé mais rien ne vient . J'espère récupéré un jour mon GPS

An excellent service at a very fair price. The first attempt to fix my device failed, but they willingly took it back and fixed it again. No charge. Quite right, but still good. And they were great on the phone. AND they updated the map when they sent it back. A very good lot all in all. Highly recommended.
Very fast and hassle free
I had the satnav repaired and back with me in the space of 2 days. I would say that this is very fast. Very friendly customer support too, so definitely 5 stars.
I hope I won't have to, but if I will ever need anything fixed on my satnav I will definitely use them again.
I strongly recommend them to anyone that needs their satnav repaired.
E Trex 30 buttons faulty
Used this company because a Button had failed on my Garmin E Trex 30 (after a good few years). Phoned this company who were knowledgeable about the problem and quoted me a very fair price to do a repair. Sent Recorded Delivery and next day I received a message that TWO buttons were damaged and the work was completed and the price was as quoted in first instance. Received the device back within two days of paying. Very happy with this company and will re-use and recommend to others.

set my snooper sat nav off for repair advised would cost £57-99 recived it back very promt it still did not work .E-mailed sat nav repairs who advised they where going on holiday would re call the unit on return i have not heard any thing for 3 months .I did request a refund nothing i will let you form your opinion of this company hope this review may save you some money ?

I had my Garmin Edge 1000 LCD screen and back cover replaced due to damage. The repairs were carried out swiftly and professionally whilst I waited. This service exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitations in recommending repairs and will use again if required.

I booked an appointment as I live near repair shop,repair was completed within 20 minutes and saved me having to buy a new unit as Garmin would not do repairs only sell me a new unit at the cost of £240. Would recommend this company for fast and reliable service.

I used the repair while you wait service offered as I did not live too far away from a repair station. Booked a time the previous day(24 hours notice). When I arrived even though I was early my sat nav was worked on straight away and repaired within 10mins(screen needed replacing) hence my 5 star score for the service provided.

Excellent service, j'ai envoyé mon Navigator 6 avec écran détruit, il fût réparé en 1 semaine pour 110€ + transport, retour par DHL .Personne en France ne voulait prendre en charge cette réparation, ni BMW ni CARMIN !!! Merci 😊😊😊
