From my first enquiry, Dan responded quickly providing all the information I needed. I found the whole process from start to finish fantastic. The price compared with other companies is also very competitive and reasonable. My console was returned within 3 days.
I was updated via email on every step of the way - from the company receiving it, the repairer picking it up to fix it, through to when it had passed the test and was ready for delivery. The last email asked me to confirm I was ready to have it back, and it was retuned to me via FedEX the next day. Many thanks guys, great service.
I cannot fault this company and my son’s PS5 is working like a dream. Can’t understand the bad reviews on here which I’m glad I didn’t see before ordering. It’s a shame as in my experience these reviews are not a true reflection at all. Highly recommend and would use again.

We're do i start apart from iam a 55 year man who is heart broken. I sent them my beloved vestax pmc 55a Premium dj mixer for water damage repair almost 6MONTHS ago. I paid 55 pound for the initial service and they got back to me straight away with ,IT NEEDS A NEW MOTHERBOARD. To which I said go for it as this is my baby.and that was the last i heard from them.ive got to a point were I was almost begging them to send it back as I have now found a dedicated vestax repair service. Email after email phone call after phone call.NOTHIING. HEART BROKEN

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My amp was with them for 8 months, I started ringing the police. No response to emails, no telephone to call. Eventually Dan would pop up saying they were extremely busy. In the end i had to demand my amp back multiple times, it came back unopened after 8 months.
They have had my speaker for one year
They have had my speaker for one year. Communication was non existant. Finally , about 5 months ago I had one email saying that the repair would cost £x and did i want them to go ahead. I instantly replied yes. Then nothing till very recently. I had emailed them countless times...countless, without any reply even though they say they respond to emails within 24 hours....joke. Now they are apparently sending my unfixed speaker back to me...I have gone a whole year without that speaker and it is still not fixed. !!
Sent a PS3 for repair
Sent a PS3 for repair. Was told it was an easy fix and would only take a few days. 6 months went by without any repair made. Finally I requested they return the ps3 and return the payment. They returned the ps3 unrepaired, and kept the £100.

My son is autistic, and his decks are his pride and joy. He knows a bit about the technical components in his Opus Quad decks, (worth over £2000 now with depreciation from bring used) and was sure there was a minimal repair needed to fix them. As he is autistic, he googled ‘deck repairs’ and didn’t think to read the reviews of Premiumtech before sending them off. He had a mental health crisis, and has gone away for a break from everything. Premiumtech replied only twice to his multiple emails in two months, firstly saying there was a motherboard issue (which would cost £199) and then saying there was a bigger issue and they would need more time. During the past two months when they have had our property, I first sent an email with all my son’s details, my email address, the reference number and the reason why they needed to email me from that point on. I then sent an email almost every day, but received no reply. When you try to call, the answerphone message says that they are not answering calls to enable them to deal with orders more efficiently. I have spent a huge amount of time leaving answerphone messages, emailing, looking up their details in Companies House, and researching how to take this further. Only when I sent a signed for Letter Before Action (requesting immediate return of the property and stating that I would take further action) did I get a reply, from ‘Gamertech’ who seem to be another name for the ‘company’. Gamertech (who have the same phone number and also don’t answer phone calls) first said they could possibly fix the decks, but needed more time, and then said the decks were unrepairable. In one of my emails, I said we had photographic evidence of the state of the decks when they left us, and warned against tampering with them. Gamertech replied ‘of course we have tampered with them, we needed to take them apart to look at them’. They then finally sent the decks back. In the packaging I sent them. Which is unopened. They also said they have a large property from which they operate. Their address is a small residential house. I am prepared to take this further, and have contacted several customers whose property is still with this ‘company’ and am gathering evidence to prosecute. If any other disgusted customers would like to get in touch, I would be happy to add them to the case I am building. I really feel for all the people who have been conned by these scammers, and luckily I knew what to do to get my son’s property returned, but I am doing this for my son, who was distraught at realising he might have lost his decks, but all the other people whose property has not been fixed or returned.

Faultless communication, the guys went way past what I asked for when repairing my ipod.
I tore the battery connection off the motherboard when replacing the battery. It was returned fully functioning after repair and testing by Premium Tech, they replaced the broken screen free of charge with a new one I supplied, asked if I would like a replacement back as mine was damaged.
I've had my ipod for about 15 years and have really missed it. Tried many cheap media players, but nothing compares to the ipod. FedEx delivered it back, bang on schedule, the morning was then spent listening to all my tracks.
I'm very, very happy to recommend Premium Tech.
Deal with this company in complete confidence people, you'll not be disappointed.

Don’t ever send anything to this company I sent them my citronic mixer and PCB for repair they received it on the 4/25 got in touch with me on the 7/25 said the pcb was ok but they couldn’t test the mixer because they had nothing to connect it to which proved they haven’t got a clue what they are doing because you conect the mixer to the PCB after lot of ignored emails i sent him a written letter telling him that I am now taking him to court hes now received a letter from the small claims court and hes got until 2 /6/26 to reply.so i will let you know of the outcome.

Sent a switch for repair back in Jan/feb then got a msg on the website to say they received an empty box, after emails and msgs to them with little to no response I’m out of pocket with the repair but also have no switch any more!

Twelve weeks in and no response to my emails and no sign of repairing my Garmin gps. There needs to be a no star rating for companies like this on Trustpilot!
Stolen Record Player
Sent company my late father's record player to be fixed in February. Emailed the company to enquire about how long it would take to repair and recieved a response saying it would be looked at the following. It is now late April and the company do not respond to my fortnightly emails and will not return my record player. This is a scam. They have taken the fee and stolen my record player. I am now pursuing via county courts.
