This company has very poor customer service
This company, if they exist, has had my I pad since the end of October.
I've had one progress update on 7/11/25 ( the initial repair time was given as 3-5 days).
Subsequently they have not replied to e-mails, nor picked up the phone.
I realise I haven't waited for as long as some!
Worst company ever
This company is the worst I ever had to deal with. I booked a repair with them that they charged me twice. They told me that they will refund me the extra charge but haven't heard from them ever since, despite I have sent several emails and try to get them on the phone, but they are impossible to reach. I'm definetely seeking legal advice now.
Don't bother to book any service with them.

Such, such a shame. Why? Why trade in this way? Why? The individual people you speak to on the phone (when you do get through after hours) seem so genuine. Now seeing all the other reviews, realise what a mistake this was and that is such a shame. Similar comments to other reiews about time to mend and delays but our equipment has been broken. In carrying out the repair, something else has gone wrong and it is now rendered useless. Lost the cost of the equipment and the repair - over £400.00
The company promised us a refund but that never materialised; they are now ignoring our emails.
My husband is so wild about the situation that he is going to drive up to visit the premises and physically get the refund. My option is to pursue this legally because, legally the company have failed in meeting the Consumer Rights 2015 legislation.
It is just a shame, particularly when you want businesses to do well, that you have to receive such shocking and disrespectful treatment and that you have to warn other people. Where is the respect
Avoid with all costs
i sent my turntable to premium tech repair on September 20 after they practically hovered over me with instant replies the moment i showed interest in paying them...
They told me i would have it back, serviced, in 20 days
20 days past and nothing, i reached out myself to nly be told they hadnt even looked at it yet. no apology, no explanation, just that they were busy.
after 40 days of being forgotton about, i gave up and demanded my turntable back, this is when the circus really began.
They shipped it back through FedEx who then misdelivered it to the wrong address, lied about where it was, and took days to locate it. And when it finally arrived?
It was completely destroyed.
Not “a bit scratched,” not “slightly cracked” — I mean:
Glass platter smashed, lid hinges ripped and broken, it as like someone had tried playing football with my turntable. it is literally 10x more broken than it was when i sent it to them.
The final insult is where Fedex requires the shipper to open the damage claim, so obviously i contact premium tech repair, and what do they do?
Absolutely F all, they dont answer their phone, their emails, so i have zero acknowledgement and no way to file a damage claim.
So to summarise:
- Really interested when taking my £34.99 (which i still havent got back)
- Fail to even look at my record player
- Fedex cuck up the shipping
- Record player turns back up shagged
- and now are ghosting their customers
This is honestly the most frustrating experience i have ever had with what seems to be the most unprofessional companies you can deal with.
Please avoid them with all costs.

This company have had my Denon Prime DJ Controller since August, the controller had issues with buttons sticking, and was assured this could be fixed following an assessment, its now Mid November and i have had zero feedback regarding any assessment of the controller and what repaairs are required. I have receieved some responses to my e-mails saying they have had staffing issues, and that they will be in touch in a couple of days, which seems to be a trend now im reading other reviews, just wish id read these first!!!!!!
I am now looking at driving through with a friend to give them a knock on the door to recover my controller in person, and the £50.00 down payment they received from me....i have been nothing more than patient with this company

Well this is a follow-up and how I received my amplifier back.
So amp returned with smashed sides on all 4 corners. Sent them photos of all the damaged parts it had returned with. As expected no response to my emails.
So now its going down the trading standards route, but I won't be surprised if they shut themselves down as they get so many 1 stars its unreal.
I have had the damage both internal and external assessed by a reputable audio repair (not like these clowns) specialist who has provided me with a full assessment report which has been forwarded to trading standards.
Let's see what happens now.

It's not clear who you are dealing with or whether this is even a legitimate business. I initially found the company through a Google search as DJ Mend, but was subsequently contacted by Premium Tech Repair and GamerTech. None of these company names are registered at Companies House and there are no similar businesses registered at either of the two addresses provided on the many websites.
I sent my record player for repair in July and waited a month and a half just for them to provide me with a quote. Communication was abysmal: every email I got from them only came after numerous follow up emails from myself. They said delays were due to a technician quitting, but they didn't have the courtesy to mention this when they phoned me to chase up my initial inquiry via their online form.
After weeks of waiting just for a quote I requested my turntable back. On the return it was badly packed and arrived with the arm nearly snapped off. After I complained they said they hadn't opened it and blamed the damage on my packing. This is despite them writing to me after they initially collected it to confirm it had arrived safely and there was no damage in transit.
Complete amateurs.

I’d prefer to give no stars. AVOID this business whatever you do!!! Wish I had read all the reviews prior to choosing to use and pay money to them. We sent a DJ console for liquid damage repair (included postage and assessment) earlier this year.
They advised me they had not received the console. After months of gathering evidence and data ( including photos parcel being sent), I worked with our private legal insurance to help get money back. Premium tech repairs just stopped communicating- no responses at all and no responsibility to their customers. Disgusting - shame on u premium tech repairs.

Giving a 5 star review to try and balance out the negative reviews as I really feel bad for these guys.
Last week I got my Vestax turntables back, cleaned and serviced with extra work done such as a plug that was broken in transit. Once a technician was looking at them the communication was brilliant with regular emails and photos however, my turntables had been with them since July and communication had been poor for 3 months. I take their word for it that they were having logistical issues however dropping the ball with communication is not on. As you can see from all of these bad reviews it left a lot of people in the dark and left them to assume that they were being scammed by a fake company, which I think is a shame as you have done an excellent job.. eventually.
Over all I can't complain as I have my decks back and they're working better than ever! I would just like to reassure fellow customers of Premium Tech Repair that you are not being scammed and you will receive your items back at some point in the not too distant future.
No refund , no communication , really poor .
I sent my ipod classic to this company for a screen repair at the start of September 2025 , I paid an initial sum of £89.99 for the technicians to have a look at the item . Subsequent correspondence via email from Molly and it was established that the item would require a fair bit of repairing to the tune if £150 , I declined as the cost was more than the iPod was worth. The item was mailed back to me . I contacted them re a refund from the initial down payment as no repairs had been permitted by me , again "Molly" stated that I would be due a £55 refund , so far no money has been refunded to me . I have emailed, messaged them on messenger , tried to phone them ( phones are not staffed now , but they initially phoned me looking for my business). I have received no reply to any form of contact made by me for my refund , it's is now more than 14 days since I was promised a refund , they do not reply to the phone or any further messages. I've seen the reviews and the proforma company statement which is just not good enough , they seem to be ripping off decent customers. I phoned initially what I thought was a local company in Bearsden , Glasgow and was then directed to Premium Tech. I'm now in the process of enquiring as to how I can take matters further . Very disappointed at the outcome so far .
No issues with PS5 repair.
I sent my PS 5 to premiumtech before i read the reviews, i did panic a bit after reading them, BUT I had no need to worry! Communication after receiving the device was slow (would of been nice to know they had received it), BUT they repaired and returned FAST and with NO issues!
If I had another issue with my PS5 I would definitely use premium tech again.

Premium Tech Repair received my DJ…
Premium Tech Repair received my DJ Controller on the 17th July. After numerous delays on their end, by the end of August I gave up and asked them to send it back to me unrepaired. They then told me that my DJ controller has since been lost and now no longer even reply to me.
The phone customer service has been removed, so barring the email (which is un-responsive), there is no way to contact them.
It appears they have given up any sense of customer service or effort to make good on this loss and are likely waiting for me to give up. Unfortunately this means, like many of those reviewing here, that I will need to go through the citizens advice bureau and small claims court.
DO NOT USE!

Ok, now that I’ve finally managed to get through, I believe it’s only fair to update my previous account of my dealings with Premium Tech Repair.
The item was delivered by them on May 15, 2025.
In July 2025, I called to inquire about the progress and was politely informed that it would be addressed in due course, but there were difficulties due to staffing issues, which I empathise with.
On 8th October, I telephoned again and sent a courteous email expressing further concern. These went unanswered, so I felt compelled to write an honest review of my experience on Trustpilot.
On 16th October, over five months later, I finally received a response, again apologising for the situation and stating that it would be assigned to a technician for repairs.
By 24th October, having waited a further eight days without hearing anything, I suggested that, despite my politeness and patience, I had paid £49.99 for an inspection, with no repair in sight, and my main studio mixer still out of action.
To resolve the issue, I requested that the company return my unit as it was and refund me – less postage costs – or I would have no choice but to seek legal recourse.
That same day, I finally received a response, apologising and informing me that they would send the unit back and provide a “full” refund. The unit arrived back with me a few days later, and while I was grateful to have received it, I was disappointed that it hadn’t ever been unpackaged at their end and arrived as originally sent out. So, clearly, it had been sitting on a shelf for fast approaching six months. Of course, I’m not pleased, but at least I got it back and was refunded.
Considering that people sometimes face unexpected difficulties, and given that Molly was so courteous, engaging, and helpful on my first call, I can give two stars. It rarely pleases me to be so tough on someone. Still, they could have handled this differently, I’m sure, in hindsight.
Thank you, at least, for resolving this. I sincerely hope you have overcome your difficulties and that we have all learned something from this experience.

I sent in a set of dj decks two months ago and still not received them back. I feel like I am going to need to contact someone regarding this now and I have been ignored and communication has been terrible. Honestly, feels like I have been scammed.
SatNav repair
I am aware that there have been some very negative reviews of this company but I need to report on the whole a very positive experience.
I sent in a SatNav for battery replacement. It has taken six weeks to complete but I must say that their communication has been very good. Any email I sent as to progress of the repair was instantly replied to. The sending and return of my item has been very efficient.
The SatNav is now working perfectly.
I hope that my positive experience might herald a better outcome for others using this company now or in the future. I would use them again but be aware that I might have a rather long wait. Having said that in fairness it is not unusual to wait for weeks for a spare part.

I am possibly the most recent victim of this so called company. I can only concurr with the other terrible reviews. Super long wait, absolutely no refund or acceptance of culpability so don't expect any!! The stock, regurgetated, generic reply is the only evidence you need to prove how little they care about customer complaints. Im unsure why they believe that their own company based problems should be laid at our door. Hope unlike myself and others, you read these reviews before considering this farce of a company!
My amp is being returned for me to seek another repairer totally untouched, just lay in a warehouse for months and cost £34.95 for the privilege.
