Really enjoyed the Market Research experience with SAROS RESEARCH.

SAROS was professional thorough out my Online Forum Research, and offered help and guidance thought my journey,

Very efficient group.
I took part in a focus group and found the sign-up process via Saros very straightforward.

There's always various research tasks to take part it. They're quite clear on what it'll involve and give clear instructions on how to take part. Payment is discussed upfront and usually paid via BACS and is always paid on time.

I have had some great experiences over the years and a huge waste of time one today! The screening was not as specific as it should have been and I have been penalised for particpating. I have not given one start because previous experiences have been good ones. This was awful. The irony is that it was for Sage - who I already loathed as a company - and now I loathe them even more.

A most interesting opportunity; gave me the chance to relate my experience with the website and pass on a few suggestions and observations from a real customer's point of view. So much better than just leaving a comment as the interviewer can see how I interract with the software in real time.

I enjoyed this focus group. The facilitator made me feel at ease and allowed us to have a 'toilet break' during the 2 hours. I have always had a pleasant experience attending focus groups with Saros.

Very happy with these projects I really enjoy being part of them .

I was selected to take part in a footwear research by Saros, I had never done something like this before but found it pleasantly simple and met lovely people from it. I was also gifted some money for participating. I would definitely like to participate in one of these research groups again. I will definitely recommend a friend to take part in their research too. 5/5 stars from me. The team are VERY helpful.

I took part in a research project about pain killers the session was done online all very professional and the moderator was friendly and helpful would highly recommend, I had a great experience many thanks from Duane sleightholme

Recently participated in a questionnaire and discussion for Saros Research. It was a pleasant and professional experience and I would be happy to participate in any further researches they are doing. A financial incentive was offered and paid within a few days of the study ending just like they said it would. Can't fault them in the slightest.

Just completed a maket research interview. Very enjoyable and all went smoothly. Haven't been paid yet obviously so can't comment but have to say i was impressed by teir professional approach.

I have been a tester on this site for quite literally years. In all that time I have been invited to exactly two research interviews for which I signed NDAs and completed all the relevant screening.

The first one was cancelled at short notice (no compensation) and the second one was also cancelled.

If you're thinking of being a tester don't waste your time, the screeners have you repeating information they already have on your profile, they're long winded and it would appear you have a snowballs chance of getting invited to a research project.

Even when you are invited (just 2 invites in over 5 years) the chances of them happening would appear to be non existent.

Edited in response to comments from Saros: One of my interviews was cancelled at extremely short notice ( certainly within 24 hours) I did NOT receive any compensation.

Edit: I'd love to Sarah, however this review was originally posted nearly 12 months ago. Therefore the project was at least round about the same time, if not earlier. Unsurprisingly I no longer have the emails
