Selling my land seemed such a daunting prospect, but Lesley was so helpful specially chasing buyers solicitors & provide periodic feedback, and it really was a positive experience. No ask was too much and she was on hand at every step to ensure everything ran smoothly. I couldn't have asked for better, thanks Lesley!

I cannot thank Lesley enough. Absolutely blinding service... alway chasing for us.

We found all the staff at Sandra Davidson who were involved with the sale of our house to be excellent, very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to work with, especially Monty, Mohine and Lesley who looked after us through the whole process.

I choose a flat from sandra Davit estate agent. they told me to speak to their mortgage advisor. An mortgage advisor called and discussed with mortgage options. when I agreed that I would procede with their mortgage advisor, estate agent accepted my offer. both mortgage advisor and agent was calling me two times in a day to start mortgage process. I started and pay £400 pound. after one month I heard seller is missing and both mortgage advisor and sandra David was telling me to wait. After another month agent said I should look for another property. they even did not show me their any other property. I think it was trick of both agent and mortgage advisor to earn some cash. I loose £400. So, i will request everyone to be careful about this agent.

I wanted to say thank you to Lesley and Meheen for all their help these past few months with the sale of my flat. It was a long process, as some residential sales are, and Lesley and Meheen kept in regular contact and did as much as they could to make the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely use Sandra Davidson again.

Always there to help on any situation
Very good team highly recommend thus estate agents always polite

I had a great experience, Sandra Davidson were really fast and supportive during the whole process. They updated me throughout the whole process, keeping in touch with both the seller and myself.

Thank you guys.

Excellent communication from Lesley and her team from day one to the end of the purchase. She was very friendly, helpful, and reassuring at every bump of the road. They made our dream come true to buy our beautiful family home.

Brilliant service, good communication skills which is important when buying and selling.

Leslie was knowledgeable with our sale, and we always knew where we were with the process.

I recently sold my flat through Sandra Davidson. Monty and the team were great from start to finish. I was informed every time a viewing took place, and once I had accepted an offer, I was kept up to date on how everything was going. I could also just pop into the office with any concerns - nothing was too much! The guidance and support I received helped me to feel confident, which was important as this was the first property I’d ever sold. Thank you so much for all your help!

Excellent service. I have just bought a property through sandra davidson I would like to say they have a professional team. I was dealing with Riz and Lesley they were very helpful any concerns I had Riz delt with them quickly.

I would recommend buying or selling a property use sandra davidson

Very smooth process with Sandra Davidson in buying my house. Rizwan and Lesley in particular were proactive and generally great to deal with throughout. Easy to reach via phone/email and always available to answer questions. Thank you both.

I am very disappointed by this agent. The letting manager viewed and valued my property for letting purposes and recommended some works to be carried out to bring it to a better standard. I did the works and contacted him so that we could continue the process. He did NOT respond to my email. I followed up with calls which he did not pick. After the last call he sent me a text to call me later. It is now two weeks since then.

Fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble. No pressure and was given the best advice even though we were not using them. Would defo recommend and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I had a professional and friendly service with no fuss. My property was sold promptly and any advice I received was accurate and in my best interest. My next property will be sold by Sandra Davidson.
