The team at Sandra Davidson has been really helpful to us . They are very quick in answering the queries and really helped us to find a good house . I am very happy with their service . The staff is really friendly and welcoming . Thank you.

I found Sandra Davidson to be really straight forward and professional while providing their services. Ali came over to my property for a valuation and gave me an excellent understanding of my property worth and potential future aspects. Out of all agents that came around I found that Ali stood out the most. Highly recommend going to them for their services.

After using other agents in the past, I have been so impressed with Sandra Davidson Estate Agents. From when I first met Nitan, I felt confident that they would sell my property. Riz and Ali dealt with all viewings - they were always punctual and knowledgeable with the area and the house. I always felt like I was dealing with real people and not robots! Lesley then dealt with the matter efficiently through to the exchange of contracts. I will be highly recommending them to my friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again.Thank you all at Sandra Davidson.

Sandra Davidson estates agent in seven kings have been the most reliable agent I’ve used since 2011, Lesley & Zaid have done an excellent job they all ways kept me updated what ever the matter in the most professional manner. Recently helped me with the sale of my property and the service provided was excellent never needed to chase them for anything they found a buyer immediately after the property was up on sale and found me the best solicitors to act in the sale procedure they liaised with both parties solicitors which reduced a huge amount of stress for me. I have dealt with many other agents and must say Sandra division are the best to sell or rent your property..

Do not trust them if they say an offer has been accepted. They will just drag you along and let you waste your time and money!

The WORST estate agency I have ever dealt with. Riz confirmed that the sellers have accepted our offer for a property but slyly continued viewings and accepted a different offer without notifying us. We had already instructed and paid for our solicitors to start working on the purchase and are now left out of pocket and wasted time which we could've spent looking for another property. Not professional at all - they didn't even notify me until I kept calling for an update on my purchase. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM

After moving abroad, I rented my property for five years, and during all these years Sandra Davidson Estate Agents were my letting agents. I could not have found better agents to let my property. The service I received from them was of the highest standard. They found the best tenants to rent my property, managed the property extremely well, were prompt in all communications, and ensured that my property was well looked after whilst it was rented.

Sandra Davidson Estate Agents again helped me sell the same property (the property was only sold last week) in a record time. The whole process of the property sale was so smooth, all due to the very high standards of professional help and advice I received from my estate agents.

I especially want to thank Monty who has always been extremely helpful in all matters of letting and sale of the property.

I would recommend Sandra Davidson Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to rent or sell their property.

Brilliant and an exceptional services from beginning to end by Rizwan. Always available on the phone if we required an update and managed the whole process seamlessly.
A honorable and true gentlemen.
I should also mention and Thank Lesley for her efforts in the process, contacting the sellers solicitors and asking them to raise their game and complete the paper work in time for us.

Whilst our purchase was slow moving at times due to solicitors, Sandra Davidson remained professional and very helpful throughout constantly keeping us updated and chasing on our behalf. Would recommend their team.

We have sold our house and bought the new one through Sandra Davidson. Both experiences have been great. I wouldn’t have gone to view the one we bought if Rizwan hadn’t insisted as he knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Zayed, Ali, Rizwan and Lesley have been brilliant from start to finish! I would definitely recommend.

I found Sandra Davidson to be very professional and efficient in helping us to sell our home and buy a new one. They were courteous and helpful throughout and went the extra mile to ensure that our chained transaction went through. Riz and Ali in particular were helpful sales people and Lesley was great at bringing the transactions to a conclusion. Very communicative.

Fantastic from start to finish when selling my house. Any queries were resolved as soon as possible. Would highly recommend them.

Great service from Rizwan Hanif and his team! Their response to issues related to the property was swift and professional. I'm really impressed! Will highly recommend Sandra Davidson Ilford. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rizwan Hanif if you need to purchase your first home or add another property to your portfolio.

I am already dealing with the agent again to purchase my 2nd property this year.

I genuinely never thought I will be writing a review about an estate agent but I am super impressed with the level of service received from this estate agent. Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to John who is an extremely pleasant man, he was always reassuring and was very accomodating. He would always make himself avaliable to show us the property. I would also like to thank Lesley who kindly helped us push this sale through even though it took us a while. She was very patient and understanding.
Overall I would like to thank the whole team for our lovely house. Once the house is complete you are all welcome for a cuppa round our house 😉
P.s. thank you for the mugs with a pic of our house on it...received a couple of days ago!

Our property was on the market for a long time, due to it being an old house that had not been modernised.
Sandra Davidson were so good, they marketed it so that a lot of people to view the property, and kept us informed of progress the whole way through.
They also have an online feature that allows you to see who has viewed the house; comments they have made and whether offers were made or not. We found this really useful because we were able to get an idea of why our property was not selling as fast as it could have done.
The staff themselves were always lovely - so polite, helpful and respectful. We as a family will always remember how kind they were to our dad when he suffered an accident outside their premises years beforehand, not hesitating to rush out and help. We will always be grateful. Their handling of his property during our bereavement was second to none. Thank you.
