Really happy with my latest purchase of Sanders Henry shoes. Got them for a casual summer shoe which is not easy to find, as deck shoes and espadrilles do not have the same comfort. The shoes are fantastic quality being all leather with a leather insole making them very breathable. I like the vibram moreflex sole as it is light but very supportive. The fit of the shoe is generous and very happy that it is made in England. I have never had a bad pair of Sanders shoes! I think the company have a great selection of styles for a good price. I would highly recommend Sanders shoes and definitely worth investing in. I have recently had two pairs resoled after 4 years of hard wearing, both pairs are now good as new.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Sanders & Sanders. The quality of the brogues is exceptional, but what really stood out was the customer service. Gemma was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Despite us being over 7,500 km away and separated by eight time zones, she managed to meet our very unrealistic deadline. Outstanding service, beautiful craftsmanship, and a company that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Exceptional quality and classic shoes. Well priced relative to equivalent makes. Stock is generally available and shipping, although rather expensive, is both quick and reliable.

Whilst Sanders boots and shoe are the highest quality and I love them, fit style quality materials, I must say their customer service is outstanding, in my case I ordered the wrong style, after I realised I sent an email to customer service and asked to change the order, within hours Gemma had notified me that she had changed the order and it arrived 2 days later, that’s how you do customer service.

I have been a wearer of Sanders boots for over 5 years, have about the same number of pairs, and have been equally delighted with each as the first. And if that's not enough to convince you, the service is first class!

I had been considering purchasing from Sanders for some time. Their customer support was great and the product arrived promptly. The quality was also first class.

Terrible customer service. You have to wonder if this company actually want to sell you shoes at all. I rang them about the Braemar Brogues on a Thursday. "Not in stock but we'll order them in, should have them by Saturday". Saturday comes and goes so I ring them again on Tuesday, same spiel with apologies for not ringing me. "They don't have them but will chase it up and definitely ring you one way or the other". So, its now another Saturday, 9 days later, I've rang them twice enquiring about shoes, twice they have assured me they will contact me and twice they have failed to do so. This is rubbish, a rubbish service from Sanders main London shop. If this Sanders you can shove it in a very dark place
