I ordered a pair of boots &…
I ordered a pair of boots & unfortunately they didn't fit.
I live locally so I asked to drop them off, at which they offerred to exhange them for a pair that did.
They did find a pair that fitted & I exhanged the original pair.

I'm very happy with my pair of shoes. The shoes themselves were half price and I had a further 20% discount as it was my birthday. The shoes are a great fit and I honestly can't complain about anything. 👍
