Canary Islands delivery
To people who lives in Canary Island its so difficult to buy. In my case I had to send it to Malaga. Thats why im answering this so late. Im very happy with the purchase but I only have a ISO dial, and im not sure if it the correct one, usually seems Im pressing several buttons.

it was shipped really fast
it was shipped really fast. There is a clear explanation of what to buy and which port fit for which type of lens but the table could contain more lenses.
it would also be great to have access to a digital version of the manuals.
It is airtight but i have not tried yet underwater. the pressure sensor seems to be slightly temperature dependent and can turn red when there is temperature changes.

I had compatibility issues with my initial order, after contacting the team they resolved the problem very quickly and efficiently, all steps were communicated on time and the delivery was extremely quick given I placed the order outside of EU.

Good service, promises kept
In the middle of may I was looking a glass dome to my old housing, to which I am very pleased. They were sold out. I contacted customer service and was told that they will be available after on month. 16th of June they were and I ordered one. In few working days the dome arrived to my home. Everything worked as planned and the service was very good. Thank you!

My experience was super positive
My experience was super positive. I ordered the a6xxx underwater housing with the pistol grip and a red filter. On the webpage it clearly states that the red filter and housing weren't compatible, and half an hour after purchase I was contacted to ensure it wasn't a mistake; within two hours after purchasing my order was shipped.
I have not yet had the opportunity to test the housing, however, it feels and looks to be of good quality. All in all my experience so far has been super.
