The delivery was late, the state of the package was very damaged, the box, the protection, so I send a mail, and the answer was basically "sorry". I still didn´t try my case, I have a 2800€ camera with a 1500€ lens to use, and I´m not confident about trying this "new" case, after the delivery experience.
The logistics should also be part of your responsibility, when you manage such expensive and delicate materials.
I also send photos of the state of the package in the mail to show it.

I bought a Seafrogs Water Housing for the Sony a6700. The product works well and the delivery was very quick. The communication with Salted line was always clear and efficient.

From the moment I got this item it didn’t work correctly. The rear control dial buttons did works as they should and the video record button didn’t work very effectively at all. Contacted customer support, to which they did send out some replacement components but this did not fix this issue. Later down the line the shutter button started to stick on which ended several sessions in the water and then the final straw was the housing somehow managed to snap the top control dial clean off the camera.

I got in touch with customer support yet again, and this was their response, “ We would like to let you know that we have never had any of the issues you are describing and we are 99% sure that housing is not the cause of what you are describing.” Which I can only take as basically being accused of lying!!

I know it’s a budget friendly housing but theres budget friendly and then there’s just down right a poor product. Backed up by poor customer service.

100% would not recommend! Work and save that little bit harder to buy something with a bit more quality! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Terrible quality. I regret buying that, the case has many deffects. Support basically said it was fine, they're not even ashamed on the poor qualiy: "the visible surface marks are cosmetic only and have no impact on its operation or performance."
However if you want to return the housing because it's basically a piece of garbage, they expect a pristine condition of the housing...

Alles sehr gut. Nach der Bestellung wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass Importkosten entstehen könnten, da ich in die Schweiz bestellte. Das war ich mir bewusst aber ich empfand den Hinweis als sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Mir wurde auch angeboten die Bestellung zu stornieren, wenn ich es nicht gewusst hätte. Somit ein sehr guter Service.

I had ordered the housing for the Sony a6700 and the trigger was snapped when I had opened it. I emailed the support team and within a few hours they reassured me that they can get a new trigger ordered that day which it was and sent. Although these things happen in shipping, the customer service was amazing!
