Both boxes arrived on schedule, in sound packaging. I was surprised to find one 330ml can had a bulging base but no other evident damage: not leaking and did not blow on opening - so no real problem.... Se mere

Predatory and manipulative parking fines
Not worth the risk if they use predatory and manipulative parking companies.
We have been loyal and long term customers but after my dad input his car reg incorrectly (as he is not very tech savvy) we have been chased by ParkingEye's predatory fine practices and left with a hefty fine even after submitting photos and bank statements proving we were customers at the exact same time as the parking fine.
In their defense they did offer to help however we had already started an appeal due to the predatory language and threat of ridiculous price increases. As such they were unable to cancel the fine after an appeal was submitted.
I Really like the area as my family come from the Salts mill town, with my 90 year old grandad who grew up down the road we often take for a meal. We often visit with lots of family and friends but this has left us with a bad experience.
Not worth the risk, many other tap houses/restaurants in the area that are probably worth supporting instead. Sad when a company can’t help customers due to an automated and predatory parking fine.

Long term review
I've been the biggest fan of my local pub and its food, and SALT has taken them over. While beers changed and the choice expanded significantly, the food stayed the same.
I appreciate that the drinks menu became consistent as the last place depended on indie breweries from the London area.
Food was great up until the last few months when pizza stopped having Neapolitan fluffy crust and just got basic; at least buffalo wings stayed the same. Just to say that before this change - The Tap Room SE18, now SALT Woolwich, had the best pizza in London.

Fantastic beer and service
During the COVID-19 lockdown I ordered some beer for delivery, and with my only living about 4-5 miles away they managed to deliver the order same day which is just fantastic.
The range of beers is excellent, with one of my favourites being the Isobar which is a fantastic salted caramel and vanilla imperial stout.
The beer taproom is just fantastic as well, and I can't wait to go back once they can reopen. Keep up the fab work chaps!
