Do NOT trust this company
First: they offer little support if any - just from the get go, their sales approach offers so little information about the entire process - it’s so frustrating. I signed with this guy “Billy” who assured me I would get tons of support - which a month later still is not forthcoming —
Second: with the critical factor involves the 10DL thing, you can’t have an EIN that includes certain words. Mine has Marketing - a no go. IF this guy was honest—- he would have asked if I already had an EIN and what was the company name attached - of course had he done so, I would have “ delayed “ signing ($1,000) - until I had a qualified EIN - leaving it out allowed him to get paid his commission so of course he left that out!
Third: I am now left “ fighting” the irs to provide me a confirmation letter, since, once I got to the IRs site - applied and got a new EIN - one that would qualify, the button on their site saying “ download your confirmation” didn’t work! I tried several times. Zero. When I got to SG - support (I use t hat in the loosest
sense) they told me I would have to call the IRS and ask for the EIN to be faxed to them or mailed. In other words - not their problem.
Fourth: they have this ‘no refund’ POLICY -! JUST saw that. What is it with so called legit companies anymore - who have “NO REFUND” policies even if they don’t. Deliver? - we should all have businesses with built in “ not our problem “ clauses -
How do you trust a company like this! - I consider such policies, and c o pansies that hide behind them as Internet Theft -
Everyone plays nice in the beginning. More useless promises about them being ready to support you. They are just thieves - I wrote today asking for that refund! Of course I believe that they will hide behind their policy!!!! - do not trust these people. This company falls into the ever growing category of fraudulent, pretense of offering a great deal on services they don’t actually offer. Common today on all internet companies - where does this end? Where is the required support for unsuspecting customers, who fail to find the “lie” in their offers - like NO Refund policies even if you don’t receive what they promised -

Hello Katelyn were sorry you feel that way. We don't have a record of you reaching out to our customer service team. Every user gets multiple initial walkthroughs over google meet when they first get 10dlc approved. They just have to reply back to our emails to schedule it. Additionally you have full access to our customer service team via Call, Chat, Email, and Google Meetings.
As far as the 10dlc approval, that's a requirement for all CRM's to be allowed to text. Its a regulatory requirement under the TCR. All we need is just your EIN letter and we handle the rest. Takes 5 minutes to get a free ein online as well.
Not sure where your seeing $1000 "Signing". We don't charge that. Perhaps your confusing us with your lead vendor?
Lastly, we dont offer refunds because we pay for your 10dlc approval on your behalf to the TCR.

I'm a bit disillusioned with this company because their support is more like you have to watch videos to learn how to manage your account. They proposed that they help you all the way, but that has not been my experience. No phone number to call, just a support tab to click and then they just direct you to a google video to learn. In my view, thats not actual customer service.

We've checked out records and it looks like you met with our customer service team and success coach's multiple times. I see three google meetings and several back and forth email threads with customer service.
We do have tutorial videos as well to help answer basic questions. Please reach out to support to book another 1 on 1 call
