Wider Matrix sold me a Cotton Candy machine from China that continually has problems. Their so called free technical support is absolutely terrible since no one speaks any language except Chinese and use translators which ends up with poor communication and they will keep you hanging on for hours while trying to troubleshoot . It took me minimum 15 minutes to get a response and sometimes upto an hour while trying to fix the machine . They kept me working on the machine for over 4 hours when they could have helped answer my questions in 15 minutes . When it comes to the warranty well thats another terrible story because they will not honour a 12 month warranty on parts even though it will say it in your invoice. Knowing that shipping their vending machines from China can take over 6 months until delivery they will say your Warranty is finished because it was from day of manufacture . If you receive your machine after 1 year , which we did , then technically you have no Warranty left. Big Scam company who do not like replacing or shipping parts for poorly made machines . WHATEVER YOU DO KEEP AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE VENDING MACHINE MANUFACTURER. TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE OWNER WHO NEVER REPSONDED AND MOSTLY THE SALES PEOPLE STOP RESPONDING ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

Chinese company with very poor after purchase customer service. Their support staff have to translate everything from Chinese since no one speaks english. Alot of misunderstandings. I bought a Cotton Candy Vending Machine for 8,200 USD , paid 3 months advance rent to a shopping Mall and the machine took 1 year to arrive then never worked due to faulty wiring. 3 months later their terrible support have not been able to find a problem to get the machine working. Owner of Wider Matrix the one who calls himself Dean or Chris depending on what social media site he is advertising on , refuses to reply back along with the salesman Max who sold me the crappy machine. I requested a refund or a replacement and they do not reply . Just let their crappy after sales support give you a run around. DO NOT BUY ANY VENDING MACHINES FROM THESE CROOKS !!!!
