I bought a set of clamps by mistake. I'm very very new to CNC and I bought CUBIKO a week ago. I LOVE IT. Super awesome tool for your desktop. Strongly recommend to hobbyist and ++.
Anyway, even I bought by mistake, I don't use them so I contacted to SainSmart, they give me shop credit for the price immediately and said I can keep the climps! What generosity and kind response.

One of the stepper motors on my CNC router broke down quite soon after delivery. But Sainsmart replaced it free of charge and very quickly.

Initially I received an unrelated product to the one I had ordered. I was a bit dismayed as I imagined there would be a lot of buck passing between the supplier and the courier company. However when I emailed SainSmart customer service they immediately reprocessed my order without any quibble. First class service and I would have no hesitation in buying again from them .
