Great customer service - helpful 24 hour turnaround from both Customer Service and Technical Support regarding a technical issue I was having with my CNC. Sent out a replacement part which I received within a couple of days.

Service was quick, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me the impression that my satisfaction was their top priority

I was a backer for the Genmitsu Cubiko - a great device that's really helped me get to grips with learning CNC. Whilst installing an add-on for the 20K RPM spindle, I noticed that it was making loud noises uncharacteristic of the 10K RPM spindle that came with the stock machine.

I reached out to support, they helped me debug it and when we realised that the component might've been the issue, they were quick to issue a replacement. I've just installed it and indeed, the problem is now resolved.

Annie, the customer service rep I corresponded with, was extremely professional and helpful. The entire process was straightforward as a result.

I bought myself a Genmitsu CNC machine, (PROVerXL 6050 PLus) after my wife had recently died. it was all I could think of doing to save my sanity without her. the machine worked flawlessly out of the box for several weeks when it snapped the spindle during one of the carves. I contacted Sainsmart. they are the people that are customer service for Genmitsu. Sainsmart responded the very same day and asked for a brief film to show the problem. this film was provided and the very next day, a replacement was in the post to me. within three days, my machine was back up and running again. seven month later (last week) the system went down again, only this time if was the control module and once again I contacted Sainsmart with a short film of the problem. once again Sainsmart sent a replacement and once again I am back up and running. everybody knows that things go wrong from time to time and it is all about the quality of customer service that comes with the package. Sainsmart are good people, who for me have been an absolute godsend. I cannot thank them enough.

Sainsmart has an incredible customer service. I have a 4030V2 cnc from them for almost 8 months and am very happy with it.
Last week i suddenly could not connect to the control box anymore.
After having contacted Sainsmart they asked me to do a few tests and when those did not improve things they concluded that the control box must be faulty and within 3 days of the first contact they decided to send me a new control box under warranty.
I call this amazing service and a very possitive experience.
I do not hesitate to recommend Sainsmart to everybody !

I researched many cnc providers and after seeing all the positive reviews in regards to both product and customer service, I purchased my CNC (4040 Pro-Max). It was exactly as expected and has performed excellently. I did have a need to reach out to customer service after about 2 months and the results of that was even better than I had seen from others. A couple of questions to provide answers for and that was followed by an immediate replacement part being mailed the same day. Hope potential customers can respect how rare that kind of commitment to customers is in current times. I would recommend fully and without hesitation, that anyone needing products sold by SainSmart, should purchase from this great company. I know I will continue to lean on them for any future machines and all the peripherals that go along with the products they sell.

Good price. Good Delivery (as opposed to ali-express which is awful) I have the Sunlu Dryer for filaments. It works well.

I had a problem with some parts on my machine; I explained the situation to them, and they sent me a replacement right away at no cost.

The Spindel die after a few monts. I replace IT by 710 watts motor.
The control board is defective and i cannot have a replacement. The machine work well overvall.
