Ordered delivery for the 8th of march. Now after two days, no delivery, no info. Waiting nearly an hour in the chat to get the answer, that they will send a mail, when they now something.
Poor service, unacceptable. Just wasted money. Never again!

Прямо скажу, даже не привыкла к таком высокому качеству обслуживания :-) Все было идеально: консультант помогла выбрать подарок в удобном мне темпе (т.е. потратив немало времени :-)... мой комментарий про замену одного сыра на другой был учтен, на что я даже не рассчитывала, учитывая загруженность в день 14 февраля... и время доставки тоже исполнили идеально, что было очень важно для меня... заказ я сделала всего за два дня до исполнения... получатель была довольна качеством - свежестью продуктов и красивым оформлением. Я приятно удивлена!!! Спасибо воистину замечательной компании Russian Flora. :-)

This is the second wonderful experience I have had with using this service. I have been very happy and satisfied both times as has the recipient of the flowers. This is a very wonderful company that provides beautiful flowers at an affordable price.

I got the delivery at 11:20 pm. Instead of ordered champagne it was sweet sparkling wine and instead of chocolate in a heart box (49,95 $ price) just 1,5 euro pack with 7 chocolates inside. Delivery in Moscow: track number 1518269107

WORST service. My boyfriend organiséd a surprise for me for St Valentin. I didn’t get his present on Feb, 14. no one called me, no apologies. Highly unprofessional!

Very happily, it was great to be able to speak to customer service personnel in English. Ordering to Chelyabinsk, RU, I know that English is a difficult second language having lived with and met many Russians!

My experiences with Russian Flora have been excellent. Their customer service is second to none, and they are very helpful and attentive to the needs of their customers.

I am simply amazed with the service.
It has only been an hour since I ordered the flowers and I recieved 3 different emails from 3 different representatives saying that the order is verified (I placed the order at a very inconvenient time for anyone, it was like 3AM).

The process took less than a day, approximately 10 hours from the moment I placed the order until it was delievered to the reciepent.

Excellent service!!! I am 100% satisfied! Next day delivery to Turkmenistan of a 3 roses bouquet. The delivery was fulfilled as requested (next day, no delay). Customer service replied immediately to all my questions and to all my emails. The roses and the bouquet were excellently made! my personal note, which was printed in a beautiful and creative way, was inside a special -for the occasion- card!
