Good sound quality plus good battery life
Easy install, and set up. Good sound quality
Of course the helmet makes a difference, but this sound system sounds better than my Sena with HD speakers. Simple to use, the sound is great, I don’t have to blast it at full volume to hear it, I’m usually around mid volume and it’s sounds great! I wish Shockwave made an external remote that can be mounted, rather than having to rely on my phone, or reaching to the back of my helmet. I have to say, the placemat of the shockwave at the rear of the helmet is something I really love! Perfect placement and out of the way, so wind drag!

The charging port cover doesn't even seat in the port. It just flops around there.....like really?

Mic never worked
The sound was good (while sitting in the living room) Trying to reinstall the helmet liner was frustrating. It definitely fits different than it did before having to remove and reinstall the liner. I’m looking forward to more features to help this system catch up to Cardo. I’d like to see more How-To videos that help to get connected to other riders
Some minor connection issues if my phone wasn't in the perfect spot, but other than that they are great.

I’ve not been successful in answering phone calls through my shockwave. This is an ongoing issue. I’ve purchased the Ruroc in part because of the integrated comm system; however, it would’ve been as easy if not easier to just put a CARDO pack Comm System on my helmet. He rocks customer service is less than desirable in my experience, as I have attempted to call them to get some idea as to how best to address this concern. I found more information on YouTube that I have a calling Ruroc. If there is one downfall, it is the follow through follow up and customer service of rock. I love the fit of their helmets. I buy helmets for safety purposes, but it needs to be appealing as well and functional. If I can’t make a call for emergencies via my helmet or receive a phone call then what’s the point in the shockwave?

Small, comfortable, hidden as the unit is built into the helmet and because its hidden, it has no ugly unit attached to the side.
