Good quality, only complaint is that all the controls are behind you head.
Had to strip the helmet completely, to fit it, before reassembling helmet, but couldn’t refit any of the 3 visors. WHY DONT YOU FIT THE SHOCKWAVE BEFORE SENDING IT OUT???

Okay you should just have your people out the speakers in and take the lining out and put back in. I took the lining out and can't get it back in right.
Plays clear and loud
It’s pretty nice, the speaker quality is what you pay for. Not the nicest but it’s also not terrible.
Sounds and works great
Sound quality is ok but the unit doesn't stay seated into the back of the helmet. I had to use 2 small pieces of double sided tape to get it to stay inside the slot in the back of the helmet

Kinda airy and open sound. I don't feel like it's emersive enough for music. But calls and stuff are fine
