Established in 1982, Rubicon Recruitment is an employee-owned recruitment & staffing consultancy helping UK businesses hire with confidence and helping people find roles where they can thrive. Rubicon Recruitment became 100% Employee-Owned in April 2021, and at the time of transition was one of only four wholly employee-owned recruitment consultancies in the UK. Headquartered in Poole and supporting clients nationwide, we deliver permanent and temporary recruitment solutions built on long-term fit, pace, and a service you can reply on. Rubicon's c40 staff are made up of Consultants, Head-hunters and Support staff specialising in placing professionals within commercial, manufacturing, IT/technical and engineering businesses across the UK. Rubicon's recruitment approach is that of a consultancy rather than an agency. The difference is significant as consultancy involves qualified & experienced Recruiters spending time with candidates and clients to gain a full understanding of individual needs so that only suitable introductions are made. Success has meant that we're consistently recognised as the trusted recruitment partner and staffing supplier to numerous successful businesses in the South and we deliver exceptional customer service levels whilst continuously improving and growing profitability. Our teams understand that candidates searching for the right job can often be a daunting experience and therefore providing advice and support, throughout the entire recruitment process, is a very welcome part of their service. Rubicon is the living embodiment of an engaged workforce, culturally aligned and engaged on delivering extremely high levels of service to the people they serve and to each other. Our purpose, core values, professional competence, high standards, innovative candidate attraction methods and reputation overlay a collective sense of fun and togetherness that reflects their sense of family and commitment to support and develop each individual and team.

Would not recomend
Would not recomend. Not professional at all. Treat new recruits like cattle and have no respect for their workers. Promisse roles perfect for you but tell you the role isnt available anymore after selling it to you. I used one of their competitors and they put me in a role quickly and efficiently and were extremely respectful.

Easy to use and ready to reach out
Easy to use and ready to reach out.
I have interacted with rubicon a few times, aside from somehow managing to advertise most of the engineering roles available throughout dorset, at a wide range of technical levels they put more effort in than most agencies I have come across.
Their advice about roles to search for based on your own experience is typically really insightful and each of my interactions with their staff members has been friendly and effective. Good to have on side.
