Rubicon Recruitment Anmeldelser

I was working with Rubicon for about 2 years, helping out with scheduling temps for a variety of projects. I met and excellent team with in Rubicon, very helpful, prompt response every time I’ve contacted them. It was a pleasure working with them.

As a returning Brit with the desire to find work quickly after my return, I had my worries about finding work in what many consider to be the toughest UK job markets in recent history.
After a phone call with the incredible Ella Banks, I knew I was in good hands with a recruitment company who saw potential where others don’t look, who understand the importance of soft skills in an evolving corporate world, and within a week helped me book an interview in with a company that perfectly aligned with my career goals and prior experience.
I can’t thank you enough for your hard work and determination to see others succeed. Ella Banks and Jo West, you are superstars. I would recommend Rubicon to anyone looking for their next career move.

Claire was amazing in helping me find a job perfectly suited to my needs straight away. I was able to start as soon as possible, and my contract has continued to be extended! I’m so grateful for her support and efficiency, thank you, Claire!

I have found this recruitment company to be very helpful over the last few months, especially as I had been struggling to secure a new role for a while. In particular, Claire Heckford has been a star in helping me, who I've been working closely with since March 2025. Claire never gave up in helping with my job search and always delivers on what she says she will do, and her communication is impeccable. Thanks to Claire, I was previously working in a temp role for a few weeks to tide me over, and have now been in my new, current role since 14th July, and all is going well!
Claire is a credit to the company and should definitely receive the recognition she deserves.
Thank you again for all your help, Claire!

Responsive and fast acting. A doer, rather than a talker. Within less than 24hrs Claire had a position which matched almost all my criteria :)

Jess and Amber were very professional in helping me to secure a finance role. They were excellent in keeping me updated about the interview process as it progressed and were always willing to take my telephone calls.

Well done!

I was recently offered a full time position after applying via Rubicon, with Amber Marshall guiding me through the process. Amber was very helpful, providing friendly, constructive advice for my application.

Amber gave useful tips about what I might expect in my interviews and how to approach them, and remained responsive, supportive and communicative throughout each stage of the interview process.

I was also placed in a few temp positions via Rubicon with the help of Dagmara and Bethany. Both were lovely to deal with, explaining the role fully and answering any questions I had.

A big thanks to everyone at Rubicon for their support and guidance throughout my job search. I would absolutely recommend this agency to anybody looking for permanent or temporary work.

Very good communication, they do all the work for you huge thank you to Alexandra melinte who helped me through the process

My experience at Rubicon in all the years I have been working through this employment agency has been very satisfactory. They are not just an agency that gives you a job opportunity, they are also excellent professionals, who try to look out for you, so that you feel comfortable at work and they are always attentive to address your needs or concerns. Dagmara is the person I have dealt with the most and she is a human being with a lot of empathy and professionalism, thanks to the entire work team and especially to Dagmara.

I had never used a recruitment agency before, but I was impressed with Harriet and Ellie’s service.

They were friendly, supportive, and helpful from the very beginning. Even after I got the job, they continued to check in to see how I was doing.

If you are looking for professional and attentive recruitment support, I highly recommend Rubicon!

excellent service, the staff are incredibly friendly and amazing at their jobs; after one meeting with a staff member, they were able to find a position specifically suited for my own personal interests and values. I have just started at this new job and it already suits me better than any job i have had in the past. I would highly recommend Rubicon to anyone seeking a job due to their unique skills and genuine desire to match each individual up with a job they will enjoy and succeed in: 10/10 :) ( Special Thanks to Dagmara Kowalczyk ) 🥂
