Rubicon Recruitment Anmeldelser

I’ve had a great experience with Rubicon. Claire at the Bournemouth branch has been incredibly helpful in finding me a new role, always staying in touch and making sure the job suited me. Her support made a big difference, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Really appreciate everything!

Such an amazing recruitment agency got a really good job through them 3 time of going with them over the years absolutely fantastic and staff are always helpful

Really good experience with Rubicon, kept in contact & talked with ease, nice & friendly team

Thank you Grace!

Excellent customer service, always very smooth and easy communication, I have mainly spoken with Erin, Ella and Aimee who are always very friendly as are the rest of the employees! They always find me work within a manageable commuting distance and I rarely have to wait more than a day after contacting them to hear back

I had a good experience with them. Very polite, professional and efficient.
Shout-out to Erin, she is amazing at this what she does! It is a long story but she can even change the weather for you if needed ;)

Grace was brilliant. Very attentive and professional as well as kind and caring

I received great help; they did an excellent job with professionalism and achieved tangible results in a very short time.
A special thanks to Stuart, who proved to be extremely humane and understanding, far beyond his duties.
The top marks are well deserved.
I am and will remain grateful to each and every one of you at the company.
Well done!

Claire was extremely supportive throughout the whole process, keeping in touch the whole way through, wishing me luck before my interview and giving some tips, and encouragement when I was nervous. The role I was hired for is perfect for me, and that is partly down to being matched well with the role and company

Scott Ritter from rubicon has been most helpful to me back in march I was left high and dry by a company who offered me a job and then puller out, scott manged to fine me a new place to work within the week and I was started there the following week.
Great experience
5 star

Ella Deeley at Rubicon was fantastic from start to finish. Always checking in, always making sure I was well informed at every stage of the whole process. And when I actually got the job she sent me a hand written card saying congrats! Now that's a service and a half, if you ask me. If you're looking for your next career opportunity, I can not recommend Ella and Rubicon enough!

Harriet and her colleagues were amazing, supporting me through everything and finding me an awesome job. Very responsive and professional, I would highly recommend them.

Claire has been brilliant in finding me a job that was part time and local to where I live. Have used them many years ago too and cannot fault anything they have to offer

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Rubicon as both a candidate and a customer. Having been a candidate they put forward for my current role I know the time and effort that goes into qualifying each candidate for the roles and making sure they match the role and vice versa. Whether finding the perfect role or the perfect candidate Rubicon use their expertise and personal experiences to help ensure it’s right first time for all involved!

Rubicon Recruitment is an incredibly reliable and professional agency. A huge shoutout to Silvia, who truly stands out! She was always helpful and professional, yet she brought a wonderful personal touch to every interaction. Speaking with her felt less like a formal meeting and more like chatting with a close friend. Exceptional service!

My experience working with this agency has been nothing but positive from day one. On my very first day at a new job, they drove all the way from Poole, Bournemouth to Salisbury just to bring me some work shoes, which really showed how dedicated they are to helping their staff.

Whenever I’ve needed to get in contact with the team, my representative, Sylvia, has always replied very quickly. She is prompt, professional, and always gets straight to the point. Any time I’ve needed to call in, they’ve been absolutely great and very understanding.

They found me work very quickly and even offered me the opportunity to work somewhere else as well, which really goes above and beyond.

Speaking specifically about Sylvia, she is a lovely woman, very polite, well mannered, funny, and genuinely kind. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about her or the agency as a whole.

I already have recommended this agency to other people, and it will now be my first and only recommendation for anyone looking for work. I would choose this agency every time because the ladies who work there genuinely care about you, unlike other agencies I’ve worked with in the past.

Overall, a five-star experience in every way. absolutely amazing

Brilliant service, this was my first time changing job whilst employed they were very professional and helpful with all the questions I had. I’m looking forward to starting my new position!

I highly recommend Rubicon People.

The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and supportive. They placed me in a fantastic temporary role with a great employer. What stood out the most was the personal touch—Claire even sent me a handwritten postcard to wish me well on my new job!

It is rare to find an agency that cares this much about their candidates.

Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Grace Hearn was brilliant from start to finish she really helped me get the job I was looking for.

Rubicon Recruitment provides a truly excellent service. From my very first contact with them, they have been supportive, responsive, and thoroughly professional. It is clear why they have such a high rating—they genuinely care about doing a fantastic job. 5 stars all the way!

Thank you to Amber who helped me through the process and was great throughout.
