Rubicon Recruitment Anmeldelser

A special thank you to Amber, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She guided me every step of the way, kept in regular contact, and answered all my questions.
Even after I accepted the role, Amber continued to check in to make sure everything was going well, and receiving a thoughtful postcard on my first day was such a lovely personal touch.
Thanks to Rubicon, I’ve found a role that is everything I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a recruitment agency that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I would recommend Rubicon without hesitation.

I applied for an assembly job nearer to where I live in North Dorset on the Tuesday & had a missed call & an e-mail sent to me the same day. The following day I spoke to Silvia from Rubicon & had a chat about the type of work I was looking for nearer to where I live & received some e-mails about different job opportunities available to me. I then spoke to Silvia about one of the positions I was interested in & an interview was arranged for me the following morning on the Thursday. Silvia also sent me a link about the company so I could prepare for my interview. I'm pleased to say that I've been offered a start date with the new job role soon. Silvia also sent me links to register with Rubicon afterwards & supported me completing the registration process. I can't thank Silvia from Rubicon enough for all the support she has given me finding a new job role in such a short space of time and feel this will continue, whilst working with Rubicon. :-)

Everyone here has been lovely, simple as that really.
They're always available to talk if you need assistance and quick to respond if you leave them a message.
Found me work almost instantly that seemed catered to my current needs.

The Rubicon team have been in regular contact and extremely professional. Their efforts are really meaningful and appreciated. I am sure this will not be my only review.

Big thank you too erin, helping me get a job and supporting me and keeping me updated with everything i needed to know and do. Really friendly and caring and shows she wants to help and support the people she has on her job hunt list. 5 stars

Seriously impressed with the level of service Rubicon offer. They have organised everything for me, including researching and scheduling relevant job interviews based on my experience and interest and they have been successful multiple times.
I wish more people knew about this. They DO try their best and make your life easier!

Thank you so much for the support, I really do appreciate it :)
As the title says, LIFE-CHANGING.

I highly recommend Rubicon Recruitment, especially Ella! She first contacted me about a job, but the timing didn't work with my childcare responsibilities. Instead of being annoyed, Ella was incredibly understanding and promised to find something closer to home. She quickly called me back about a position at GP & J Baker. The hours didn't quite fit my schedule, but Ella went out of her way to negotiate a 4:00 PM finish time so I could get home to my children. The interview went great, I was offered the job, and Ella even managed to make it a permanent position right from the start. I am so grateful to Ella and Rubicon for this amazing opportunity!
Thank you 🙏

This is the second time Rubicon have helped me secure a role, absolutely fantastic throughout, Claire was very helpful and I'm very happy in my new role.

Ellie T is helpful and professional. Not long after I applied for a role that Rubicon Recruitment advertised, Ellie let me know what was happening, helped me with important information I needed to know and has been consistently proficient - thank you Ellie.

Ella Banks is so helpful and went above and beyond to help find a role suitable for me. The process is clear and any questions are dealt with afficiantly and professionally.

Working with Scott at Rubicon was a fulfilling experience. He helped me through every stage of my application for my new job.

As well as getting me in the door he tried his best to help me through the interview stage which was a great success.

I hope Rubicon and Scott can do the same for others out there.

Thanks guys,

Euan

"I cannot thank Rubicon People Partnership enough, especially Beth and Terry! With their amazing help and support, I secured a permanent Assembler position at a great company. The entire recruitment process was smooth, professional, and stressful-free. I absolutely love my new workplace—the company is fantastic and everyone here is incredibly friendly. I am so satisfied with this job! Thank you, Beth and Terry, for matching me with the perfect role and such a wonderful work environment. Highly recommended!"

Best employment agency ever. Sienna was always in my corner, hyping me up or calming me down. Process was clear and easy. They even give you equipment needed for your potential job.

Not a fake review.

I would like to enter Sienna into the staff gift card raffle and would do several more times if allowed.

Amazing agency! Very professional support and always ready to advice if needed. Thank you Rubicon for helping me to find my new job!

Erin was really good throughout the whole process, really recommend rubicon

I’ve had a great experience with Rubicon. Claire at the Bournemouth branch has been incredibly helpful in finding me a new role, always staying in touch and making sure the job suited me. Her support made a big difference, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Really appreciate everything!

Thank you Grace!

Excellent customer service, always very smooth and easy communication, I have mainly spoken with Erin, Ella and Aimee who are always very friendly as are the rest of the employees! They always find me work within a manageable commuting distance and I rarely have to wait more than a day after contacting them to hear back

I had a good experience with them. Very polite, professional and efficient.
Shout-out to Erin, she is amazing at this what she does! It is a long story but she can even change the weather for you if needed ;)
