I've been having a body transformation package at Rt Aesthetics over the past few months ready for my holiday in July. I had a baby last year and was sick and tired of my Mum tum. But on consultation it.was explained exactly what I needed and I was so excited to get started.

I have really enjoyed going for my appointments and I am so pleased with my results already. I've still got a few week before I see my end results and I cant wait to see my before and after pictures!

1 WORD - COMPULSIVE LIAR! The extent ur going to because of this 1 negative review. Accept ur treament didn't work.

I wanted fat freezing done to my inner thighs. I was advised that all i needed was cavitation, radio frequency & shockwave. I wasn't told anything else. They simply booked me in for a consultation which cost £20 each. They couldn't tell me anything else which is why u need a consultation.
After my consultation & during i called & spoke to the owner. I asked u for advice! I asked if i should get my treatments done before or after Turkey. U said YES, depite my concerns. I was told i could have 2 sessions of radiofrequency followed by cavitation & shock wave twice a week. As long as there is a 48 hour gap that is fine. I asked have clients done it like this before. I was told yes. U advised this. U both did. So don't u dare insult me & make out i'm a liar. Instead of being sincerely sorry or understanding from a customers point of view you have gone defence mode passing the blame because of your 5 star reputation. My partner was with me. If u didn't want to take me on u should have told me. It's ur job to be professional. I wouldn't want u to take on anyone due to pressure only for their treatment not to work. That is not on. I never pressured. U happily took my money which i paid for on card & my partners in cash immediately. Ofcourse u wanted the money. I would have happily waited until after Turkey for my treatment. U both are meant to be the professionals so ofcourse i'm going to take your advice. I was never warned that the treatment wouldn't work. I was never warned that despite being shown pictures that there have been other clients which have has the same treatment i have had, same number of sessions and they also saw no results. Instead i was told nothing but postives outcomes and the photos shown were treaments i am getting done with positive results. I was advised on 6 sessions of radio frequency and cavitation followed by shockwave twice a week. I was told this would tighten my skin and give it shape. I was never told any negatives. I was just told if i then wanted fat freezing after then that may be an option however I was told i may not need it due to being slim. I was not offered any other package but that only. Don't u dare accuse me of lying. I know what was said. During my sessions i mentioned i was not seeing or feeling anything. I said my thighs look bigger and i was told it was swelling. Despite my concerns not once was i told oh this is not working because such and such. When i went for my over all evaluation i was told there have been other clients who have too seen no results! That was it, i was told i could try EMS not that i needed it. Other then that nothing. My partner was with me, he has had fat freezing on his stomach which again was advised. He was a good candidate apparently. Now he also has seen no results! As for discount yes at the start i did ask but was told NO. We got NO DISCOUNT! 600 haha. Liar. I paid the full price immediately so to me money was not an issue. Mine alone amounted to nearly £900. I was told 6 sessions is all i would need. If i was told anything else ofcourse i would have taken that before hand but i was not!!!!!!! I was really nervous getting this done & made it clear if getting it done before or after turkey would make a difference and i was old NO. A company like yourselves should tell a client what they need, not what they want, like nuffield for example. I told u both just tell me what i need as i want the best possible results. I went off what u both said. Why on earth would i go against & pay all this money & sabotage my own outcome. During my procedure I also got burnt, i asked if it was okay to have my following procedure done which was the next day and i was told yes. I followed every guide line, every bit of advice. U both know what u did. I was never advised this body transform package.
I WASNT ADVISED ANY OTHER TREATMENT. YES I AM ANGRY BECAUSE UR A LIAR! UR LIEING BECAUSE I'M HONEST. I WANT A COPY OF THE RECORDED CONVERSATIONS. MY STATEMENT SHOWS THE PAYMENTS. 600 IS A LIE. I GOT THIS DONE BASED ON YOU SAYING IT WAS BEST. I'M NOT BEING NASTY I'M TALKING FACTS. U LIARS. MY ACCOUNT SHOWS WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR, & I LEFT AFTER MY LAST SESSION WITH NO RESULTS. U DID NOT DROP ME. WE ALL GOT ON!! I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER PACKAGE YOU APPARENTLY TOLD ME TO GET. STOP MAKING ME LOOK LIKE A LIAR. YES I ASKED FOR DISCOUNT FOR MY TREATMENT I GOT NONE. I HAVE THE STATEMENT. HOW CAN U LIE. LIE AFTER LIE. WOW ANOTHER LIE, NO COLLEAGE TOOK TIME OFF, U WERE ALL CHATTING TO ME HAPPILY ALL THE TIME ENGAGING IN MY CHATS. I'M DONE. UR LIES ARE NOT WORTH A REPLY. I WAS TOLD TREATMENTS HAVEN'T WORKED AFTER MY FINAL CHECKUP, SO I DECLINED FURTHER TREATMENT THEN!

From first contact Ryan and telephone staff were loverlie. Very informative and pleasant with honest answers to questions. Treatment appointments were easily booked and full info pre, during and post treatments explained.

I am having cavitation and radio frequency therapy with 360 Cryolipolysis treatment
Jaynie is implementing my procedure and she is absolutely amazing!!! She talks me through what she is doing and why…. Three weeks in and people are noticing how much better I already look.
Ryan suggested this package for me and he know his stuff… doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need! If you ever thought about this just do it… you certainly won’t be disappointed…

Jaynie was lovely, really compassionate and genuine. We clicked immediately and she put me completely at ease. The treatment was fab and I’m looking forward to the next few months to see the transformation.

I can honestly say that waiting for my fat freezing effects to fully appear in my cellulite legs has changed my life. I feel more confidence in leg-baring clothing and don't think they look as horrible as they did before. The treatment was quick and painless, and everything was explained well. I would recommend this product to anyone who has cellulite on their legs.

RT has been fantastic, very professional and informative. Email and text reminders of appointments have been really useful as well as being able to view and amend bookings online. I always feel so welcomed and at ease at RT and always leave feeling great; would highly recommend!
