Ways to charge my car at times that are cheapest. Very professional and down to earth, no messing and knows her stuff.
Great Service from start to finish
Great Service from start to finish. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. No pressurised selling. Kristijan Bradicic took time to listen and consider what I wanted and matched the vehicle perfectly to my requirements. Great guy, polite, considerate and extremely helpful. Also praise to the team who prepared the car for collection, it was immaculate. Would highly recommend RRG Bolton.
SKODA KAMIQ FROM SKODA BOLTON
From the moment I entered the show room at Skoda Bolton until the moment I left driving my new car 2 weeks later I was treated with courtesy, kindness and friendliness by all the staff. Being a 70 year old female, I was slightly nervous about buying a new car for the first time in 10 years. However, I didn't feel at all intimidated about the process at any time at Skoda Bolton.
Kristijan Bradicic was my appointed salesman and he looked after me extremely well, providing lots of information and answering all my questions. He offered me various extras, but didn't push anything on me when I chose not accept most of them. He was very efficient at all the administrstion involved and kept me in the picture with all the documents I had to sign. He stayed in touch until I picked up the car.
When I picked the car up, I had a list of questions about how various things worked and Kristijan patiently went through them all with me, physically demonstrating how to do them. He was an exemplary salesman for me.

Scamming customers to get business
Phoned Peugeot Rochdale today because my car was booked in for a service at Oldham but when I got there the dealership had a new name of Omoda so I wanted to know if Peugeot had moved. The lady I spoke to was very rude to me and clearly did not want to speak to me. She said that the Oldham branch had closed. I said that I had phoned the Oldham number to book in for a service and no one had told me they had moved and the email confirming me service appointment did not mention the location so I assumed it was at Oldham. The lady repeated again that Oldham was closed. I was annoyed at this because my service was due in ten minutes and I could not make it back to Rochdale for then. The lady said it was not her fault and what did I want her to do. I said I should have been told about Oldham being closed. Again I was told it was not her fault. She then asked for my name as she had phoned everyone yesterday to confirm their service booking and she had not phoned me so she thought I was not booked in. She then confirmed I did not have a service booked in even though I had an email confirming this. Again I was told that this was not her fault and there was no apology. I said I had an email and I had phoned the Oldham number. She then put me on hold for a few moments. When she came back she told me Oldham was still open at the old site for servicing. No apology for giving me the wrong information so I told her she needed to change her attitude as it was appalling. She disagreed. She could have apologised on behalf of the company but she refused. She also did not apologise for giving me the wrong information. Totally incompetent person.
I then had my car serviced. Should have taken 2 hours but it took 3. Last year when it was serviced my wheel nut keys had not been put back on the passenger seat after the service so I thought they had put them back in the boot where the spare wheel is kept. This year when I went to get it out it was not there so clearly they kept it last year. I mentioned this and was told that as it has been a year there is nothing they can do and they would have to drill the old ones off and replace them with new ones costing me over £200. I am sure there is something they could do. I feel this is a scam to drum up additional business for them. I know I should have checked last year but I was quite ill at the time and really thought they had put the nut keys back where they belong. The garage know that customers need these and if they keep them by accident they have no right to throw them away knowing they will charge over £200 to replace them for the customer. I wonder how many other loyal customers are getting scammed in this way.
As I have been treated so appallingly today I spent the time waiting for them to finish servicing my car looking for a new car which, this time, will not be a Peugeot. After 12 years being loyal to your brand you can shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Salford Quays RRG Salford - Great car service
New to car servicing with Toyota. All staff interactions were professional, polite and helpful. My car was picked by Chris who explained the process and expected times. Louise customer service advisor was very helpful over the phone with a separate query. I received a video of the car checks performed. Car was dropped off and all good. The Excellent Service RRG KIA Bury
I would like to thank Johnny (Sale Manager) and Ayodele (Sales exec) of RRG KIA in Bury for the excellent customer service.
The handover of my EV3 was very comprehensive and nothing I requested was too much effort. Having traveled from Liverpool to Bury to purchase the car, gives an indication of how good the deal and service is.
I would fully recommend this dealership.

SUPURB CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wow what can I say about this garage they are the best Skoda dealership I have ever dealt with. We always buy Skoda as find them a very good reliable car so know exactly what we are looking for.
On this occasion the sale was done over the phone with a lovely young lady called Lucy she was delightful. Very helpful, truthful and honest. Not pushy at all and she really looked after me from start to finish. I know people think that this is what sales people do to get the sale, and then you are forgotten about, but I can assure you this was not the case with Skoda Rochdale and Lucy. Once the sale is complete it is the aftercare that elevates this garage to the next level. I had a couple of very minor issues, which the Manager Adam spoke to me about as well as Lucy. Now normally with other garages once a sale is complete you can never get to speak to anyone especially not a Manager !! I live over 100 miles from the garage and to receive this aftercare service was just excellent. Everything was sorted effectively and efficiently and 100% to my extreme satisfaction. Even though they are so far away I definitely know where I will be going to purchase my next Skoda. Thank you so much to Lucy, Adam and the team at Skoda Rochdale for the excellent service and going that extra mile. Keep up the good work.

They keep sending me emails saying that…
They keep sending me emails saying that if I what to complain about the service I didn’t get from them all I had to do was put in a complaint the last time I spoke with the customer service team all they did was put me on to another service team so out of many calls that I had with the head office no one was interested so then that was the start of 25 emails that I sent to the CEO and to some off the directors . This week some one phoned me and said that if I was not happy I should send them a email but the email address doesn’t work I tried 4 times to send them my complaints this as been going on for 4 years the last time I took my car in for a service and a mot I had words with the service manager who I might say called me a liar in front of 3 customers in the showroom this was 2 months after I bought the car as the battery was faulty but he told me the battery was not under warranty I said to him the car is only 2 months old this went on for 18 months of 8 braking down at one time me and my wife were on route to Portsmouth to see my daughter got to Leicester forest service whet to the tollet got back to the car it was all locked up as the battery was flat so I rang RRG again only to be told to ring the AA then they put the phone down on me so we waited over 5 hours later they turned up got down to my daughters guess what happened in the morning we were going shopping the car was locked again so out came the AA he told me that the battery was dead and it was not holding its charge so when he got it working of we went to buy a new battery but it was to big to fit the car he asked were we lived I told him that we were from Yorkshire so he said do not turn of the engine this is why RRG are the worse garage that I have dealt with as the car cost me over £50.000+ the last words I got from this shit rrg was that I was not welcome there no more and they all so sent me a email to say that they have canceled my account with them i Al so put in a official complaint to Toyota and Lexus head office but I was told that they only supply to rrg and have no control in how they. treat customers ps after they service and mot it the service manager and the general manager walked me to my car to show me of the premises

I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Kristijan, the sales executive, was professional throughout and clearly very knowledgeable about the car I was enquiring about. I’ve had poor experiences buying cars in the past where the process felt unnecessarily stressful and I felt pressured into decisions. Because of that, I had put off upgrading my car far longer than I should have, but after this experience I’m left wondering why I waited so long.
He listened carefully to what I wanted and never tried to steer me towards something that wasn’t right. Instead, he used his knowledge and experience to help me find the perfect car. His communication was excellent too. He was very accommodating when I needed to rearrange appointments around work, even when it wasn’t convenient for him.
Francesca, the sales manager, was also friendly and professional. I really appreciated her taking the time to introduce herself. It was a nice touch and made me feel that my business was genuinely valued. The communication after the sale has also been great, and I would feel comfortable getting in touch if I had any questions.
I would happily recommend RRG Škoda Bolton and would definitely use them again in future.

Exceptional Customer Service
I purchased a new vehicle from RRG Skoda Bolton this week and Lisa who helped me get the car was exceptional and went above and beyond which meant I could take the car home on the same day. All the other staff including valetters and managers were also amazing. I have had a few cards and experienced different dealership's but RRG stood out from the crowd, I didn't feel pushed into buying a car, I genuinely loved the experience. Thank you Lisa and thank you RRG!

Fantastic experience recently at Skoda Bolton. Lisa found the perfect car for us and was patient when communication with myself was difficult due to a family member being ill. Handover is the car was lovely, the Manager Fran was involved and she gave us a lovely little Skoda gift. Will definitely return!

RRG Toyota Altrincham.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the reception was particularly unwelcoming, which made the visit uncomfortable from the start.
What concerned me most was the response from management when I raised an issue with the service. Instead of listening or checking the problem, I was told everything had been done correctly without any proper investigation. This felt unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns.
Overall, the customer service here was poor, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience

The staff at RRG were superb
The staff at RRG were superb, we makinly dealt withLukas Flannery who was excellent to work with at all times. All the staff seemed of the highest calibre and had good training.
Lukas had deep knowledge of both the car we subsequently bought and of all the financing options open to us.
We usually find changing cars quite challenging , Lukas and his colleagues made it simple and made us feel important to them and valued.
We would strongly recommend using this company to anyone.

AVOID RRG STOCKPORT - Substandard "Toyota Approved" Preparation & Hidden Reports
I chose to buy a "Toyota Approved" vehicle from RRG Stockport for peace of mind, believing in the brand's promise of safety and quality. However, my experience has been a total breach of trust.
KEY WARNINGS FOR BUYERS:
1. Insist on seeing the 145-point inspection report BEFORE you buy. RRG Stockport withheld this report until AFTER I discovered safety issues and challenged them.
2. "Toyota Approved" does not mean "Premium Condition" here. My car was delivered with rear brake pads at 4mm (the lower limit of the warning zone) and 4 MOT Advisories. A certified car should not be prepared to the absolute bare legal minimums.
3. Questionable Data: Within only 2,400 miles, the brakes have already reached a RED/URGENT safety risk, as confirmed by a separate Toyota dealership (RRG Bury). This wear rate is mechanically impossible unless the car was poorly prepared or the initial data was inaccurate.
RRG Stockport dismissed these as "not a safety issue", but I refuse to gamble with my family's safety.
If you expect professional preparation and transparency, be extremely careful with this dealership. Always check the 145-point report first.
