Delivery only took a few days and purchasing was quick and easy. The bath bomb itself was so pretty. I got the blue bath bomb with a ring in it. The ring was worth £103 with four diamonds and a purple gemstone in it with a sterling silver band. The bath bomb turned my bath, a very pretty blue shimmery colour with no stain into the bathtub at all which I find with other bath bombs from other companies.

First order very good
Got my first order was very exciting to find the ring inside. The candy scrub smells more like the bubblegum not what i woukd say candy but its still nice. I woukd love to be able to leave reviews and reveals on their site to get entered into the competitions rather than only certain social sites

I love love love
I love this brand so much it’s unbelievable the products you get are amazing and smell divine. Not only that it’s great for gifts for jewelry it’s like 2 in 1. I love buying these so much for me mostly but friends and family.
The only thing I would change is when you go online and go into the website I would like to be able to create an account with my details so I can track my items but other than that it’s amazing ❤️❤️

Bought myself and my daughters a gift from here and the bath bombs are amazing and I didn't expect them to be so big and the whipped soap and body scrub are so lush they smell amazing and I have placed a 2nd order for us in the christmas sale can't wait to see what rings we get this time .

Amazing company, placed my first order got a message of thanks straight away great touch. Received my order and absolutely love the surprise jewellery. The bath crumbles smell amazing and are super soft on the skin I even throw some into the kids baths as they love that it changes the bath colour. No surprise to say I have since placed another order and encourage others to try them out. A**

Ordered 2 soaps and a bath bomb
Ordered 2 soaps and a bath bomb. Came today and the bath bomb was definitely worth the money! The soaps however are not like any other whipped soap I’ve used, it’s more a mushed up bar of soap shoved into a pot with no smell atall. Rings didn’t fit but that is my fault for not sizing properly, but they are pretty rings. Other than that I’m unlikely to order again unless on sale as my 6 year old does like them but she knows no different.

Amazing bath bombs! They smell beautiful, look fantastic and the surprise jewellery you find is great! Every piece I have received is stunning.
I had an occasion where one of the stones was damaged on the ring I received and customer service were outstanding! Resolved immediately and a new mystery jewellery item was shipped.

All the candles that I have tried sell absolutely amazing, and such high quality wax too! The rings are always stunning, they are an amazing feature to make gifts extra special. Currently waiting to try the body scrub and whipped soap, so excited!

THEY THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SEND A PICTURE OF SOMEONE ELSES DOOR WITH A PACKAGE IN. TELLING YOU ITS YOUR FRONT DOOR. PATHETIC. AVOID. AND THEN WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM . THEY BLAME ROYAL MAIL GPS. Hi Cath, your jewellery replacement was processed and delivered last 10th of October. We have provided you a tracking number via Royal Mail and it says it was delivered to your address with a proof of delivery that it was delivered to the correct house matching the GPS coordinates. Because of this, we needed to confirm that nobody in your household has received this package on your behalf. When you said no, we have processed another replacement for you at our expense.
Please note that we are relying on Royal Mail's tracking and also their operations that they promise to deliver the goods. However this is not the case with you and unfortunately we do not have any control if they have sent this package to the incorrect house. What we have done is to send you another replacement to make sure that you did not lose anything in this transaction.
Poor seller
Poor seller they won’t accept culpability for their mistakes, advertising free gifts on all their sites adding the lower value one instead if the one you should receive and then refuse to communicate with you,
ordered October 3 and just secured a refund from PayPal as nothing arrived and no refund being given till I did that thru escalation service and they didn’t reply to PayPal so PayPal granted the claim in my fabour.
Ordered the product I wanted cheaper elsewhere with good reviews and saved money.. order at youre peril I certainly won’t trust this seller again

Because you were unhappy with this we have then refunded your order with the full amount yesterday and we did not process your order as you wished. Please note that Paypal did not grant the claim on your favour as we have actioned and refunded this before they made a decision.
