At no point did royal essence contact me with any information or help with the order. I have purchased from them many times in the past but after this experience would not recommend or purchase from again

I brought the strawberry waffle bath bomb. The packaging I would give 8/10 as it was nice and strong to protect the contents but the colour and pattern didn’t say luxury to me. The bath bomb itself was a good big size 10/10.but the scents was very strange and not very nice 2/10. The colour it made the water was also not nice. It was a brownish orange 1/10. I ordered a size 8 ring and it’s cute 8/10.

Excellent customer service.

I brought 3 candles last December and they were absolutely brilliant, I did have a problem with the wrong ring size, but it was quickly and professionally sorted and I was very impressed with the customer service.
You seriously cannot fault this company one bit! You definitely get good quality for what you’re paying, and the jewellery surprise is all ways a good treat!
I just brought 3 candles so I’m very excited to find out the smells of the candles as they’re always high quality and smell amazing!
Will be buying again in future.

Ordered for my other half. She loves the smell and having the bonus of the surprise jewellery with it. I've already ordered another 3 to surprise her due to how much she likes them.
Also they despatch them very quickly, even with us being in a different country to them(we're in uk), it only took a few days to arrive. The tracking was also provided for the whole journey, which helped. So if anyone is thinking of trying them id say give it a go l, as id be shocked if you didn't like them smell let alone the bonus of some nice jewellery as well.

Great products - smell Devine, and the little piece of jewellery makes these items just that little bit different - make great gifts

Not only have they ignored every email I have sent after the parcel has been returned now I get a congratulations email to say parcel been delivered TO THEM ! so enjoy my candles this company should be called royal take the p*ss I will not remove my reviews untill this is rectified I will continue to leave 1 stars !!!
AGAIN I HAVE THE EMAIL RECIEPT I WAS NOT THE ONE TO ENTER THE ADDRESS INCORRECTLY THAT WAS YOU AND ITS CONVENIENT HOW YOU ONLY GET BACK TO ME ONCE I STARTED A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK SO YOU DONT NEED TO GIVE ME A REFUND MY BANK DID THAT FOR ME AS EVEN THEY CAN SEE YOU ARE CROOKS WHO TAKES A WEEK TO REPLY TO SOMEONE VIA EMAIL WITH A TIMESCALE OF 24 HOURS WE KNOW YOUR NOT THAT BUSY THATS WHY YOUR OFFERING FREEBIES FOR A TRUSTPILOT REVIEW !

Oh my goodness I am in love. These candles are so stunningly beautiful and they smell genuinely unreal. I bought three in one go and I don’t even want to burn them they are so pretty! I would buy these repeatedly even if they didn’t have hidden jewellery. Cannot express enough how gorgeous these look and how amazing they smell- no doubt in my mind I will be buying many many more! My order was also meant to arrive between 3-10 working days and arrived on the Saturday- two days after I ordered them!

Terrible uneven burning. No scent unless your nose is touching the rim. I bought 10 candles. All the same. When escalated to customer service they implied it was my fault due to not reading instructions/ burn time/ my room temperatures. No other brand does this. I would not recommend.
Regarding your reply, I already mentioned in my review that you had blamed my burn time. So your answer to defend yourself doesn’t work. Absolute waste of money

I love these products. This is the 2nd time I've ordered. I ordered a few bath bombs and then a candle.

Wow! The candle was massive, I was actually shocked by it's weight and size. It smelled amazing as well.

The bath bombs are massive and it awesome getting some pieces of jewellery as well.

Have ordered a few times now and have always been happy with the candles and bathbombs. With my last order one of the items was damaged in shipping and can't fault the customer service at all, it was resolved very quickly. Will definitely buy more in the future.

Amazing products
They look and smell amazing, and the pots they come in look good as well. They last a long time and the jewellery looks pretty and not like something cheap. The delivery didn’t take a long time either especially compared to other similar companies.

The current sale enticed me to try even though it felt risky paying more than I'd usually spend. I'm so glad I did!
Order arrived quickly and beautifully packaged - felt like my birthday (actually better as this time I had an exciting treat!)
Both candles smell amazing - Donut worry be happy, and Mint Choc Chip. Delicious enough I was almost tempted to taste.
The burn time is reflection of the quality- really lasts.... and the scents lasts too. Its not overpowering, but fills my lounge.
This is now my favourite nightly chill routine. Much healthier than getting sucked into watching TV with a drink.
Oh, and the jewel... I've had one so far, a beautiful ring that I can't wait to wear. Not only is it gorgeous, but it will remind me of the candle and that I'm worthy of a treat.
I can't wait to try many more, and will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

Recently brought a bath bomb on their websites ,and hadn’t received any emails stating that the order had been shipped or if there were any issues with the order. My first order came quickly, this is my second order and I’m upset with the way they are handling this situation. I’ve emailed them twice and it’s been almost a week and they still haven’t responded. This would be the last time I order from them. Disappointed

I’m obsessed, the candles I’ve ordered a few different ones now and they smell gorgeous! The jewellery surprise is just an added bonus! My friend introduced me to Royal Essence and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Absolutely love the products, the body scrubs are my favourite facial care product the jewellery is absolutely stunning

Second time using them. 6 rings in total, it’s a fantastic idea, fun and I wear the rings every day and they are still going a year one. It is pot luck with the rings but I like all of them so far. They are well priced and it’s so much excitement to open the rings. I never buy the candles as I don’t have enough patience but recommend the soaps and body washes. Only problem is I have about 2 years worth of their body wash and still want to order more

So so, the whipped soaps were disappointing no smell so old stock? And I had 2 rings which weren’t as good as other reviewers , I know it’s pot luck but one ring looked good for a child and the other was just one stone like glass , not even real.? It has no detail and worth £60, which means it’s probably worth a lot less like £10 maximum. It was my first order of 2 and I can say other companies have supplied prettier jewellery, the sizing was good though. Not sure I’d be buying again, if this is what the quality is like. The child’s ring looked like fancy dress jewellery or from a cracker . The 2 whipped soaps were ocean wave and bright blue mush patted down in a tub , not whipped as such l8ke imperial candles , but they’re absolutely no smell ! What is the point of using it ? It defeats the point I’m afraid and will be greasy mess . Not impressed, or confident that I want to reorder as I have had pineapple,watermelon and snow fairy elsewhere which smelt fantastic and natural.

It took a few years before I burned my candle it was a gift! to then find the lovely earrings so special!

Beautiful suprise rings with every purchase! Body scrubs smell amazing and do the soap whips highly recommend!
