When I contacted Rox about trying to source a necklace to match my wife's engagement ring and earrings I was looked after by Ebony Rettie with the best customer service possible. The necklace I had seen before was no longer available but she gave me a few options including having the piece made specifically for me. She looked into every possibility and went far and above to help me source the perfect piece. I was kept updated every step of the way and the item was ready 4 weeks earlier than promised and well in time for Xmas. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ebony as a fantastic example of the best possible service.

Outstanding customer service from Ebony Reattie. She is a credit to ROX. Let me explain.
I have twin 3 year old grandsons, who are absolutely adorable and are the best thing to come into our lives during COVID.
The boys are autistic but have their own special gifts. One loves dinosaurs & space and the other loves watches & clocks. Glen who loves watches even takes a clock to bed with him and asks people to look at their watches. He makes people laugh when he asks. I contacted ROX and asked if they had any old brochures that we could give him to read; especially for in bed at night or when he gets upset. We were so lucky to have Ebony @ROX as our contact person.
She has gone over & above what would normally be expected by finding us brochures that we can give him in his Santa sack on Christmas morning.
This type of service is exceptional and she has definitely demonstrated the true spirit of Christmas.

Stupidly, I tried to order a watch from Goldsmiths for the second time, I really should have learned my lesson 2 years ago, but hey ho!

I truly wish I had came to Rox in the first place, lesson learnt!

The day after I had learned Goldsmiths had burned me for a Tudor Clair De Rose, I used the live chat with Rox to see if they had in stock and when I would receive it. The chat service was fantastic and the person I dealt with told me they had in stock and could even get it to me as early as next day!!

Placed the order on the Friday late morning and sure enough I got the watch early Saturday evening. I was also emailed along the way to say when it had been dispatched etc.

The packaging was beautiful, and the watch was stunning!

Truly can't thank you enough for this, as it was meant as a gift and I needed it before I headed off to work for a long period! You helped me out of a spot, and I just wish I had ordered from you in the first place!

Brilliant customer service and brilliant products. I had a service done, as I live far away from the shop ebony was brilliant in advising me how to send it. I was kept updated when the item arrived with them and when it was serviced and sent back out for delivery to myself. The customer service after I received it back to see if I was happy with it was second to none. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Absolutely amazing customer service , from placing my order online till receiving it . Was kept up to date daily by Ebony by email on the progress of my order . I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely use again . 5 star service .

What fantastic customer service. Got in touch through their chat system as was concerned about delivery times. Ebony responded that she couldn't see why it would be such a long delivery as the item was in stock. However, she would check out the reason and get back to me. Surely enough she emailed me within a couple of hours to advise me that it was in stock and would be available to be delivered before xmas. She did advise to purchase asap as it was a fantastic price and was selling out fast. I ordered it and it was delivered the next day. Extremely good service and Ebony is a credit to the company!

Easy to use website plus quick service

Outstanding customer service. I emailed to check delivery dates for an item I wanted as a gift as delivery dates were showing past Christmas. This was followed up the next working day and throughout the day to confirm the item was in indeed in stock and there was no reason they couldn’t ship straight away, and then to confirm it had been packed and dispatched with a tracking number. Helpful, efficient and politely friendly service. Absolutely wonderful. I’ll be back very soon.

I placed the order on Friday for some earrings for my good lady.They arrived today beautifully wrapped by Robert. The reason I used Rox is, I nipped into the Leeds store to ask about Lab grown Diamonds vs Natural. The lady in the Leeds store was so kind and knowledgeable and gave me the reasons for and against. No hard sell just good old fashioned customer service I've just ordered online from them again.
