I ordered 901-R730-WW00 from them and they told me they were in stock. After I paid for them, they sent me an email saying that they are not in stock and that he can exchange them with others. They are a sh.... company that doesn't deserve to buy from them. Don't buy from them!

Inquired about a Juniper MX204-base they had listed on the site for just shy of $13k USD. No initial response, so called. Phone never got picked up after several attempts spaced hours apart. Eventually sent follow-up email 2 days later asking if they were still alive, to which they replied back promptly.

That said, they tried to push immediate purchase "otherwise next shipment in > 4 months", ok, believable, but ... no instructions on how. Asked some questions about the router (you know, "if its new, will I have issues registering juniper care", etc.), at which point it all fell apart.

Replies from seller indicating model no longer available, trying to upsell me on another unit for $2.5k more, ignored all questions about counterfeit, serial #, juniper care, etc.

That said, of course the original model is still listed on their site, same price, available for express shipping, etc.

TL;DR: Got the bait and switch experience, like several others by the sounds of it.

False advertising, they say in stock, turns out its not, its EOL and impossible to get (I knew that the part was EOL ahead of time, but they said in stock right?).

Requesting a refund for a third time, they are still trying to push a substitution.

Purchased through Paypal, so not worried about getting some of my money back, but CAD to USD conversion with Paypal will not give me exactly the same refund, so I will lose a little.

Stay away from them.

to whom it may concern, i engaged netgear for a prestigious project. i created the network design as a subcontractor. i had the support letters and etc. i brought them into my project supply 70 m4300 switches. the main contractor when directly to netgear singapore to purchase the switches even though i had a agreement. i contacted singaport netgear and they replied that they will support him not as much as they will support me. i was thinking what the hecj does that mean. i have emails and proof going back months. they stole my network designs and decided to bypass me. contacted them and multiple times ignored me. do not deal with project with Singapore Netgear as they are money motivated and unprincipled and zero ethics. i further contacted Netgear USA and seems as same as singapore. i hav been purchasing netgear switches for many years and for that project for the POC i purchased directly from them.. they away from Singapore Netgear i rather buy TPLINK or PLanet switches as least they have principles.

i was sceptical from ordering at first but i am really glad i did, it was shipped next working day from china and arrived in 4 days, postage is expensive, i brought the 5g cpe win and great product, language is default Chinese but was easy to change to english, and come with a world wide adaptor for the power too. great router, blistering speeds. really happy, highly recomend the product and the company!!

Returning my router because of non compatability in uk. However router switch custimer services is aw some. Quick delivery .

They increased the price after I had placed the order. Asking an extra 50$ by email isn't the practice I'm used to.

I ordered some networking devices for soho and this shop helped me to deploy. Free technical support and nice guys.

Ordered a Mi10 Ultra from router-switch on the 29th October. I was suspicious, normally I don't order goods from sites I don't know, but their reputation was quite good here on Trustpilot and offered paypal payment that gives a fair safety.
The phone was not in stock, took about a week to get the order processed and finally they have sent the shipment info to DHL on Friday, on the 6th November. DHL picked the package up on Monday the 9th and delivered the phone to my house on the 11th! In two days from Hong Kong to Ireland!
Fantastic service, beautiful phone, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company for any business.

Very good customer service. I had to cancel the 5G router I ordered because it didn't support bridge mode. I got a PayPal refund. I need a 5G modem or a 5G router with bridge mode to connect to my existing router via a LAN cable. It should be able to connect to an external 5G antenna.

Very good and reliable supplier, quick answer and communication, very good lead times.

Bad service. Paid for fast delivery and toke a lot more than expected, have to paid for the tariff, and according to your information all cost were included with the payment of fast delivery. Promise to send free facemask and didn't received it.
